The location is perfect, very central in the old town, a beautiful, authentic but well renovated old house, furnished in old and minimalistic style but chic. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Clean! The host is very helpful. Highly recommended for people with taste for a perfect stay in Volterra!
The pillows could be softer and thinner, but this is a matter of personal taste.

Der große alte Palazzo liegt keine 100m vom großen Hauptplatz mitten in der Altstadt. Wie Wohnung ist im dritten Stock und sobald man die Tür öffnet, findet man sich in einem kleinen toskanischen Traum wieder: vier Meter hohe Decken, teilweise mit Fresken bemalt (wohl vom gleichen Künstler wie im Palazzo Viti in Volterra), eine Mischung aus antiken und modernen Möbeln und unendlich viel Platz! Die Zimmer sind riesig, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet: zwei große Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten, eine Eingangshalle mit großem Esstisch, ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, eine Küche. Die Badezimmer sind nagelneu, schön renoviert und sehr sauber - man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Küche ist mit einem sehr modernen Gasherd (einfach zu benutzen), Ofen, Mikrowelle und allem, was man benötigt gut ausgestattet.
Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage!
