Perfect location for our family attending a function

The apartment is right beside a shop, a takeaway and the pub. It is also waterfront. The apartment was also specious with comfy beds.

The apartment was very cold on arrival and took a few hours to warm up which we attributed to it being off season and the building not fully occupied. The apartment needs a wee bit of tlc. Having said both points I would definitely stay again and recommend it for the location and size of the property.

Beautiful location, beautiful apartment, loved everything about it. The only small negative is the only shop closed early and we had forgot some essentials, but no huge deal.

Satisfactory, but in need of some TLC.

Location excellent. Apartment had pretty much everything needed for a stay, although we ate out all the time.

Very problematic to get keys as owner abroad at the time and we could not contact him. Problem solved but only by chance when cleaning lady passed and saw us standing in the rain. Apology from owner would have been appreciated. Presumably however this was just a one-off occurence.

Lovely spacious apartment

Lovely spacious apartment. Owner very responsive and sorted out minor issue swiftly. Fantastic location for exploring the peninsula and we enjoyed the view of the water. Handy shop next door and easy parking.

Sea view with lots of dolphins

It was self catering. Below there was a wee cafe and a bar which is a must. When we looked out the window we seen shoals of dolphins and the ferry coming and going. There are lots of rock pools just a little walk up the path to the golf course which my grandson loved. We did a little crabbing with the kids also. We will definitely book again.

Just because we had a 20 month old with us the stairs we couldn't keep him off them. Apart from that everything was fabulous 👌

Great location Greencastle

The location of this property is excellent and ideally central to all shops, Pubs, Restaurants and the Lough Foyle Ferry. It is also very close to Moville another coastal town on the Inishowen Peninsula.

Just as some constructive criticism the entrance and hallway area could do with some decoration and cleaning up. There was a strong odor when you enter the premises which unfortunately is off putting but that said as you climb the stairs the rest of the apartment is spacious and airy

Great location food next door was lovely especially breakfast

Large apartment was above Kealys sea food restaurant which unfortunately was not open Yet, great beds and had great sleep both nights Had tv and free internet , although didn’t use Much as the weather was so good we literally only slept in the place The host never met us due to being away This didn’t matter in anyway as everything We needed to know was communicated well on the phone Would consider going back in the future Ken

Strategically located for exploring Innishowen. Comfortable and warm,

The location in Greencastle is perfect, being close to all facilities. The convenience of having a first class restaurant in the same building is a bonus. The property is very well equipped for a family on a self catering stay, although we were a couple and only catered for breakfast. Freshly baked bread was provided daily by Patricia. The weather during our stay was challenging so it was nice to return to warm accommodation. There was a plentiful supply of hot water and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. Patricia and her restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is in an old building which has been recently renovated and decorated. Rooms were a little bit bare and would benefit from some local artwork, and from dining chairs, rather than stools. Bear in mind that the apartment is positioned above the pub/restaurant and so could be subject to noise at times.

Breathtaking scenery

My family and I loved the coastal view from the deep window seats and the generously sized bedrooms. The host was very welcoming and the food in the seafood bar downstairs was the best we had in Inishowen. The beaches in the area and natural beauty is breathtaking,

We stayed in the apartment for one night with 3 kids. It was amazing. The best view you could expect, apartment was so clean and comfortable. The food in the seefood bar was delicious! I would recommend to everyone.

Had a great time in this lovely, clean spacious apt with my mum and my sister. We had a bedroom each and beds were very comfy. Instructions on checking in were very clear and there was everything you need for a self catering stay. View was great. Would defo recommend. A+++++

Great stay in a beautiful village…

The apartment was lovely and homely…we had food in the bar below and it was exceptional, great quality and went above and beyond when my little boy wanted cheesy chips something they don’t have on menus but they got him what he wanted and he was chuffed so many thanks for that!

Had a great couple of nights in this apt with my mother. Met Tricia on arrival who was very friendly, apt was very clean and spacious. Views were absolutely amazing. Beds were comfy and kitchen well equipped. Would recommend. A+++++

We had a pleasant stay. The location was great and we slept really well.

Location was great and the view from the living area were amazing.

The apartment had a smell of food from the restaurant below, it wasn't over powering but it was the first thing I noticed. The living space wasn't very comfortable to relax in in the evening. The sofa was uncomfortable and there wasn't enough seating for the 6 if us comfortably. It felt abit bare and uninviting, no cushions, nothing on the walls etc.

really relaxing stay in a beautiful location.

really big, fantastic views, the property is really nicely decorated and warm. The piano was a lovely addition. I sat in the window looking out at the views for hours. The village is really nice and friendly with great walks and walking distance to the ferry. The food was great.

The restaurant was only open on our first night, it was fab so we will make sure it’s open next time we come.
