The apartment is right beside a shop, a takeaway and the pub. It is also waterfront.
The apartment was also specious with comfy beds.
The apartment was very cold on arrival and took a few hours to warm up which we attributed to it being off season and the building not fully occupied.
The apartment needs a wee bit of tlc.
Having said both points I would definitely stay again and recommend it for the location and size of the property.

Location excellent. Apartment had pretty much everything needed for a stay, although we ate out all the time.
Very problematic to get keys as owner abroad at the time and we could not contact him. Problem solved but only by chance when cleaning lady passed and saw us standing in the rain. Apology from owner would have been appreciated. Presumably however this was just a one-off occurence.
