Expensive but beautiful and great location

The location was brilliant. It was a beautiful apartment.Easy check in.

Although the bed was extremely comfortable it did dip in the middle which wasn't great. It was spotless apart from the comfy sofa that was stained from previous guest's it could have been cleaned, when my boyfriend lifted the cushion up to see if he could turn it around there was cereal underneath it. It says toiletries were available and shampoo and conditioner etc was but no body wash. We didn't take any as it said it would be implied. I paid quite a lot for a "mountain view" but the view was a chicken shop and car park so that was disappointing. Also because it was called Roe Valley Apartments we assumed it was affiliated with the Roe Valley hotel and that you could use the facilities of the hotel. I sent an email to the host asking I got a reply but it was too late to cancel. I think it was expensive for £144.00 when I could have gotten one somewhere else for half that price. They also had no milk, anywhere I've stayed before has always had a pint of milk for guests.

The location was excellent for the wedding and the facilities were great, but the stay was impacted by loud noise late

The location was excellent for the wedding, the facilities were great, the apartment was clean and having toiletries provided was really helpful.

Unfortunately, there was significant noise from the apartment above, with loud stomping continuing until around 3am on 1 January. The people staying upstairs were very noisy throughout the stay. One night, someone attempted to enter my apartment. I was awake and able to prevent this, and while it seemed the person may have been intoxicated, I don’t believe the situation was malicious. Additionally, after the third day of my stay, I woke up with bed bugs, which was very concerning.

Nice style, but lacks some functionality for a longer stay.

Nicely styled apartment with good space. Clean. Easy access via the door code. Great channel options on the TV. Right in the centre of town which was handy (but also noisy)

Beds were much too soft (I had to hold onto the sides when my partner rolled over). Water ran hot & cold so having a shower hasn't too fun. And it seemed to lack a lot of basics - no chopping board, only 1 knife, no wine glasses, no dishwasher tablets, no sieve, no hand wash in the bathroom, no cloth to wipe down surfaces etc. In the end we couldn't cook there so had to get takeout, even though we had specifically booked these apartments to be able to cook as the kitchen looked good. Luckily we had only booked 1 night, but it would put me off staying longer.

Loved Limavady but not the Roe Valley apartments

We had apartment E which is basically in the attic of the property so it’s absolutely tiny when compared to the advertising photos, there was very little Delphi and Cutlery and most of it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests so possibly wasn’t checked. The Velux windows in the bedroom were draughty and the boiler is also located in the bedroom so you end up listening to it all night. It’s my poorest experience with booking.com so far

It suited my needs for that day .

Good location

I was really cold until I worked out how to use the boiler and the bathroom light and loud fan kept going off on its own . The bedding was very cheap quality and all needs replaced and the towels were very cheap quality as well . For the price I would have expected a bottle of water and some fresh milk and coffee. I brought all my own stuff and saw there was tea bags someone must have left behind .

Central, clean and great value!

The apartment was really central, really handy for attending wedding in Drenagh Estate.Very easy to find with the helpful instructions. Apartment was well finished, all amenities and clean. Communication was brilliant. Would 100% stay again.

We had a little trouble figuring out the timing system on the heating but there was instructions in the welcome book to guide us.

Foods are good left over. Need any size milk for one to 5 people stay there every day. Tv programmes is ok but not work subtitles when they speak live.. I went stay overnight in dungiven new hotel few months ago for self breakfast cook myself in morning was brilliant idea. Sorry. One picture. I love kitchen blue & handle so beautiful.. I was rushed out.

I am not annoy myself to learning new key numbers many times till I got in cos first time but I like it.. lol. Miss shower hat cos I forgot bring it.. oops. Forgot but need few more toilet papers next time. Need shampoo & shower refill on shelve for them who live abroad but have spare toothpaste & shower, shampoo under basin bathroom. Lucky I bring small bottle & mitten clean ..

Cant beat the apartments for comfort, value, space and decor in Limavady.

The style, comfort and space of the apartments was too notch. They really had everything we needed

Nothing the apartments could do about this but on the day an orange parade took place outside on the street (which is fine, we're in the north) but the actual vibe in the town on the day was just really odd. Apartments - super but the town at the time was just a bit scary for us.

Excellent self catering apartment

The Housekeeper was very helpful. Steps were the initial problem due to husband's knee surgery. She managed to allocate an apartment that was easily accessible. Needed the self catering facilities and it met our needs very well. The apartment was spaceous and clean. Very friendly attentive Housekeeper who came out to attend to issues. . Thank you.

The apartment was excellent! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was supplied. The location is perfect right in the heart of Limavady. I would highly recommend.

The only downside of the apartment is the bed and pillows. I would say they are not the most comfortable but still comfy enough.

A lovely place to stay but cleanliness needs to be improved.

Flat was very well decorated and linen was fresh and clean.

The toilet had stains from previous visitors and there were greasy trays and plates left in the dishwasher and oven. The bathrooms had a lot of mould by the toilet seat and we ran out of hot water on the final night. The fridge also had left over food and wine in from a previous visit. Given the money we paid for we did not expect to find the toilet heavily stained on arrival and have to wash other people’s pots.

The apartment was really nice and stylish. The kitchen/sitting room area is fab. The bedroom was nice and spacious. We were able to get parking right outside the door. Very easy instructions to follow.

There was only one bath towel. The bathroom door was so loud and would get stuck when I tried to close it. Looks like it could be an easy fix.
