Toilet, welcome pack

No wardrobes, kitchen with only 4 utensils only, paying for 5 people, no other utensils apart from fork, knife and spoon…nothing to cook with. Only one pan and one pot for the whole kitchen. Kitchen table only 4 chairs and very uncomfortable even for 4.

The apartment was in the centre of town with lots of parking available. Access was very easy and we had no issues whatsoever. There was a lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated after our long drive. Eamon was very helpful with clear directions on how to get there to how to enter the apartment. There are lovely restaurants and Cafes within walking distance. It is a 10 minute drive to Kingsbridge Hospital in Ballykelly. It is a lovely cosy vibe apartment and I would stay here again.

Everything was great

Well presented, everything we needed. Eamonn was lovely very helpful. When we arrived he met us and explained everything. Welcome pack was fabulous, pancakes, buns, cereal, crisps and sweets for the kids. Lovely touch. Also tea, coffee and milk provided.

There’s nothing to dislike

Great clean apartment! Really appreciated the treats left as we had a long journey to get there. Clear directions and apartment guide were great giving list of restaurants and takeaways along with things to do! Modern apartment with all you could need

Great apartment, the milk and food was a great touch for when we got there, great location, parking just behind. Very clean, would reccomend.

The lack of bedroom storage, no draws or wardrobe to hang items, could use a chest draws in both rooms.

Ideal location near kings bridge hospital in ballykelly. Apartment was clean and cozy and had some refreshments left for us.

Apt was very clean. Host instructions were clear and user friendly. Location was central to area. Short distance to shops and take always.

the mattresses were very very poorly quality and need replacing. I observed similar comments in reviews dating back into 2024 however it appears to be an ongoing issue. A further issue is the noise level in the apt. This is beyond the host control, and is a natural down side to the central location of a town. We stayed on a Wednesday evening, and the noise of ‘boy racer’ cars was very loud and went on until 2am(ish). Again this is beyond the host control and not their fault. Given the down sides, mattress quality and noise level with the price point, in my personal opinion, nothing against the boast but I wouldn’t stay again.

Accommodation was very clean and well looked after! The Accommodation had everything you could possibly need and want beds were extremely comfortable and owner of the Accommodation was extremely welcoming definitely would recommend and I'd definitely stay here again!

Nothing really not to like!

This was a beautifully decorated apartment in the heart of the town. It was spacious, bright, comfortable and very clean and there were treats and essentials left by the host.

Location was excellent as it was very central but noise can be quite loud when pubs are out. This is no fault of the host

The host was lovely to let us check out a bit later while we were waiting for my son to finish a procedure in Kingsbridge hospital

Apartment was lovely. Had all facilities needed. Loved all the lighting around the apartment. The host even left some milk in the fridge for tea and coffee and also snacks. Check in and check out were so convenient.

Very comfortable . All the facilities we needed for an overnight stay . Exceptionally clean.

Nothing

It was an excellent stay. Eamonn was very nice and follows up if you have any concerns. In my mind the place is worth more than what we paid. It's like your own home. Very comfortable and very clean. There were beautiful quotes all around the apartment which the kids enjoyed. The pictures don't do this place justice. We just stayed here this Sunday, 6th Oct, and it was beyond belief when we walked in. It's gorgeous. The kids enjoyed staying in their own room on the bunk beds. It was an adventure following the red doors up the stairs. The kids really enjoyed seeing all the quirky things hanging on the walls as you ascend up the stairs. I would 1000% recommend this place. It's one of the nicest places I've stayed in in a while. There is a carpark entrance through the back door, I was just silly not to park in the back carpark. So that was on me. The entrance at the front is where the Lavish sign is, and they have a little fairy red door on the main door beside a little fairy yellow door. Really enjoyed it. The place is also nice and peaceful. There aren't many loud noises about. Even the locals are very friendly. The water is heated through the boiler behind a door beside the kitchen, but you can adjust its temperature. I just didn't want to turn many nobs. It heats up very quickly. Had a lovely stay. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The main bedroom mattress has seen better days as it's a bit lumpy but a nice sleep nonetheless. The heating got very hot quickly and if you had many for a shower like I did and if you need hot water to do so, you need to keep the heating on so it get very hot in the apartment. There are keys to open the windows, so there is a bit of fresh air going through the place, but it can get a bit uncomfortable for that short time it is on.

Great location lovely apartment!

Clean and tidy, centrally located, good sized apartment, easy parking beside it. Lovely touch with the muffins, cereal and fresh milk available on arrival.
