Cold & water not warm very noisy

It was ok didn’t get to use much of it as we didn’t get there till late and had to leave early next morning

The heating was not the warmest draught through windows very noise & when we had the water heater on for an hour the water wasn’t even lukewarm put it on again for another hour & still not warm

Very comfortable apartment,very clean,warm,everything you could need

The apartment was at the front of a tesco store and a busy road at the front of the building,we were kept awake with boy racers going up and down and racing round the carpark and then shouting to each other,at 3.30 am it eventually went quiet,obviously not the owners fault but spoilt the one night we stayed,hopefully it was a one off.

Could be great, but needs improvement

Good communication throughout, and the location was convenient for getting to where we needed to go. It was really helpful to have kitchen access, and being so close to Tesco was a bonus.

Cleanliness was disappointing. The shower had dirt under the shampoo and conditioner bottles, the floor was dusty in places, and under the bed was very dirty. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, as the noise was a real issue. Boy racers were screeching around the Tesco car park until 3am, and people walking past the bedroom sounded like they were inside the room. Curtains or some form of sound/light blocking would make a big difference. It would also help if the front of the building could be restricted to guests only, as people were standing outside the bedroom arguing while drunk. Finally, a mirror in the bedroom would be a useful addition. It’s unfortunate, as the property has a lot of potential with improvements to cleanliness, noise management, and facilities, it could be a much better stay.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment, great town centre location. Comfortable and clean.

The information provided via email about things to do in Limavady were all in Derry, 20 miles away! Limavady is a pretty town with a beautiful country park on it's outskirts. There is also an Arts and Culture centre with copies of the Broighter hoard, found just outside the town and a cafe dedicated to John Steinbeck, whose grandfather came from Ballykelly, again just a couple of miles away. Benone Strand, one of the best beaches around, is only a few miles away. Benevenagh mountain is visible from anywhere in the town, and is 'The purple headed mountain' immortalised in the hymn, All things bright and beautiful. So it would be nice to see more localised recommendations. (Just a few things available in the area from a one time local)!

Apart from the noise it was very enjoyable

Loved the accommodation and its situation, close to the town. It was very comfortable and loved the decor

Because of its situation nightclub to the front and Tesco car park at the rear it’s was a bit noisy especially on Saturday night. There was a fight where police were called (not by us) and boy racers revving their car engines and doing donuts in the car park

Beautifully renovated building in poor location.

Beautiful and modern. Lovely to see such a great building but in a poor location due to supermarket car park.

Every night there was boy racers driving at speed. Concerns about safety if went out late evening. Difficult to have a restful holiday and unable to sleep due to noise from boys racing in cars with loud music to early hours in the morning.

Shame about noisy social behaviour from young car drivers however if this stopped amazing place to visit

Accommodation was very up to date and to high standard. Owners were very helpful when needed to contact when access venue.

The venue was beside Tesco car park were the local teenagers congregated in cars as social meeting place. Cars were reving , car horns honked and shouting going on to 3am in morning. All cars had restricted drivers sign as they had just passed there test. Strange as police station not far from property and not a deterrent however no police presence was visible. It’s a shame as if this was not experienced the stay would have been outstanding. Sorry for owners as we had family tell us that this has been an ongoing issue in the town. Not a good selling point to return to Limavady.

It was very clean and parking was easy

Unfortunately night time was noisy as the Tesco car park was used by young drivers as a meeting place and who had very noisy exhausts. Also the television was difficult as there appeared to be no normal stations on it.

Beautiful apartment, shame about the cars in the carpark

The apartment itself is fantastic. Very modern, comfortable beds, close to everything. Really lovely! Nothing we didn't like about the apartment itself.

It's situated with a tesco car park joined onto the back of it. On Saturday night we were kept up till 3am with cars doing donuts, revving engines, constantly beeping (for no reason) at each other. We had a 4 year old and contemplated not staying our second night but hoped that it was only because it was Saturday night. Sunday was a good bit better so if you are staying a week night it should hopefully be OK. Tesco did have large barriers but for some reason didn't put them down to stop the cars gathering.

A great base (apart from the boy racers)

Brand new so everything was pristine and clean. Flat was spotless and modern. Very large bathroom with separate bathroom. Great to have items like teabags, washing up liquid and kitchen roll to save buying although 2 supermarkets are super close. Free parking onsite. Instructions left onsite. Perfect for 2 adults for a short stay, had all the essentials we needed. Was good value for money for us attending the golf at Portrush.

The location. You are looking out onto a Tesco supermarket frequented by boy racers and gathering youths. The noise from cars racing and revving well into night was awful. Experienced this both nights and from a google search it’s been going on for years. Supermarket needs to barrier the car park at night. Not the property’s fault but had I known this I wouldn’t have stayed here. Soundproofing not the best as flats are all floored. We stayed in flat 2 and could hear a child’s wee feet from above whilst they were in. Bedroom or hall needs a mirror as only one in bathroom so if you are drying hair you can’t see yourself as there’s no plug in bathroom.

Completely renovated top to bottom. Furnishings are excellent, apartment is beautiful with a well equipped kitchen and gorgeous bathroom

Many issues with our stay. The blinds in the bedroom are completely inadequate to block out the glaring parking lamps and store front lighting of the Tesco store that will be on all night. The pub across the street is very noisy and youths use the Tesco parking to rev their cars all night long. With the lack of double glazed windows on one side of the building, the noise really gets in. We didn’t get a wick of sleep until 3 am when things started to quiet down. The bedroom matress and bedding is also subpar so we were not comfortable either Theses things on their own are somewhat understandable but om top of that there is no on site parking as falsely advertised (your only option is street parking or risking a clamp by illegally using the Tesco parking), there was no loo roll which is frustrating after a long travel and then finally to top it all off, the host ignored our communications when we tried to get in touch to figure out the parking situation

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr geräumig und die Einrichtung äußerst modern und ansprechend. Die Ausstattung sowohl in der Küche als auch im Badezimmer war super.

Bei den Fenstern ist die kalte Luft hereingezogen. Es war aber kein allzu großes Problem, da die Heizkörper selbst eingeschaltet werden konnten. Im Badezimmer hätte besser geputzt werden können, in der Dusche befanden sich einige Haare.
