Residenza D'Epoca Historia Luxury Boutique

No daily housekeeping. The A/C wasn’t very effective at cooling the room (likely due to the high ceilings and historic building). For some reason there were always mosquitoes in the room. The shower drain was clogged so we had to ask for someone to fix it (they do ask that you check that everything works as soon as you get to the room because they don’t have staff on site 24/7). While the restroom was big, the shower was pretty small. Limited timeframe for check-in, 3pm to 6pm and by appointment only; outside of those hours for a fee. Additional fee to store luggage. There’s a bar across the street so it was pretty loud at night despite the modern windows.

Comfortable apartment, so easy to walk around so a great affordable apartment for a central location!

It was so noisy every night. There is a bar across the road and people were up partying and screaming till 5am each night! It was so hard to sleep. Just keep that in mind if you aren’t partying yourself.

Location is excellent. Room was huge. Bed was comfortable.

The shower was dirty. There was a used towel behind the door when we arrived. There was a colony of dust bunnies under the bed. The place had a hostel feel, every thing seemed worn out.

The location was fantastic, close to all of the sites, great dining choices.

The floor and some of the surfaces were not cleaned adequately. The shower needed a good clean ie shower doors and the base. The base of the bed in our room Alberti was damaged which resulted in the mattress sinking into the middle of bed. Temperature on the supplied fridge could not be adjusted. The was no daily service of the room is empty bins, cleaning floor etc.
