Nove Guest House

The room was very clean and comfortable. Added bonus that there was A/C in the room since it was roughly 100°F during our stay. The staff was very nice and helped us to dispose of a suitcase that was damaged by our airline on our way to Florence, which was super helpful. A nice location in the city that was easy to get to all the main attractions. Very cool to be a stone's throw away from the church where Michelangelo was laid to rest. The area was also a little bit quieter than the main part of the city which was very nice after dealing with crowds of people during our days exploring the city.

We arrived a little bit before 10am so the reception wasn't opened yet to drop our bags. Not a major issue, but had to wait on the street for a little while in order to drop our bags before starting our first day in the city.

Everything and especially the wonderful and helpful staff!

If you add a big mirror to the rooms it will be amazing, other than that it was really wonderful!!

It was a very charming interior, comfortable bed and pillows, nice and cool and very quiet even being in the center of town.

Location is excellent. Renovated room. Spacious room that can easily accommodate a family of four.

Only one contact person that you have to arrange with for checking in. If you come early you’ll need to leave your baggage in a restaurant 7 minutes walk from the room. If you come a bit later he is gone! No room service. Noisy when the window is open but the AC is not working .
