The basement level forms a generous living hub, featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen with a TV, dining table, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer - perfect for shared meals after a day on the slopes or hiking trails. The sleeping layout offers excellent privacy: each of the two double bedrooms comes with its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace, while a third bedroom features both a single and a double bed, along with its own en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for flexible group arrangements.
Wellness is built into the experience. A shared relaxation area with a shower and sauna invites you to unwind and soothe tired muscles after skiing or mountain biking. Central heating keeps the interiors warm and cozy during colder months, and ski boot heaters ensure you’re ready for early starts on the slopes. Outdoors, a shared garden with barbecue facilities and play equipment enhances the appeal, while convenient parking is also available. Paid washer and dryer facilities are also provided for longer stays.
