Exquisite.

The accomodation was just perfect. Some friends pointed out it was the best ever, Nothing missed in any respect and Helga is the best of hosts, as she offered to taxi us back and forth in the first day. Much to our surprise, ski slope 41 connects directly by skiroute with the hut. No need for transportation on the way back from ski.

Wifi could be improved to Gigabit and some smart router to better handle traffic with full house at peak hours. Regardless, it worked great. On the downside, we couldn't help noticing that Austria in general is a purely anthropic country, there are hardly any animals, or even birds to be seen (for lack of food, apparently, because in such Eco country there is no garbage for them to feed upon). Besides the Ski domains, and some restaurants, in downtown Schladming there is not much else to do or to see.

Perfect location for a family ski holiday. The bus stop is in front of the challet and from the pists you can take a ski route all the way back. The apartment was very well equiped and Helga is a very helpful host. We had a perfect week, hope to go back next year. Thank you!

absolutely amazing place, home feeling apartment, good location… we totally loved the possibility to get fresh pastry and home produced milk… and the private sauna…

Information about the housing are misleading on the accommodation website as breakfast was not part of the offer. Eventhough the accommodation was luring on a perfect breakfast. The owner just said that they don't offer the breakfast anymore and that the information on booking.com site weren't updated. This is a very disappointing approach. Especially if breakfast was one of your major criteria for accommodation selection.

Close to ski resort, with friendly staff

there was no breakfast at the property, but the owner had fresh semmel and kipferl delivered each morning. on the snow storm day we could play around in the snow around the place

the kitchen was really tiny. no dishwasher, and no place to let the dishes dry, no microwave. we expected more experience with the animals, being a bauernhof. On the snow storm day, we did not have much option with the kids

The view from the window was breathtaking. It was fantastic to buy bakery products that our host made. These products were delicious! For sure I will come back to this place.

Beautiful winter holiday

Very nice apartment located in very calm place. The hosts were really kind and helpful.

The kitchen is rather small and not so equipped as we are used to (but still easily manageable).

Im Großen und Ganzen okay

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich.

- Die Unterkunft liegt sehr weit außerhalb. Der angegebene Skibus fährt morgens zwei mal zur Sessellift und Abend einmal direkt zur Unterkunft. Ansonsten ist die nächste Bushaltestelle 1,5 km entfernt. - der Check- in war sehr schnell und sehr unpersönlich. Das Haus (Skiraum, Müll, Sauna) mussten wir auf eigene Faust erkunden - bei viel Schnee/ Schneeregen ist es von der Haustür raus bis zur nächst größeren Straße sehr glatt.

Úžasní a přátelští majitelé, příjemná rodinná atmosféra v celém domě, klid, pohoda, snadné parkování, dostupnost Schladmingu a lyžařských areálů regionu. Oceňuji možnost objednání čerstvého a chutného pečiva a čerstvého mléka.

Nemám co vytknout. Spokojenost.

Krásné, čisté a klidné ubytování s velmi příjemným personálem. Pohodlné postele, kvalitní peřiny a prádlo které nesmrdí převoněnou aviváží mě příjemně překvapilo a spalo se mi jako doma. Kuchyňka bezvadná, trouba, kávovar,mikrovlnka,myčka a vybavení. Vše fungovalo jak mělo. Koupelna čistá, odvětrávaná, takže se v ní nedržela vlhkost. V lyžárně vyhřívané panely na boty, takže nepotřebujete vlastní vysoušeče do bot. Skvělá věc. Byli jsme na týden a vše bylo perfektní. Určitě bych se sem znovu vrátila.
