Very enjoyable stay in a superbly designed apartment with several well appreciated services included.

The provision of a ski locker at the gondola station , the bread service and the sauna. We were in Larche with a fantastic view of the mountains and ski slopes.

Nothing major. We didn’t use the dishwasher being only two of us.

Spacious base with great amenities and good value

The accommodation is spacious and beautifully decorated with charming wood styling that creates a warm, cozy atmosphere. Having two separate toilets and showers was perfect for our family of four, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. The terrace provided wonderful moments of relaxation where I could unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen amenities were excellent - the dishwasher and coffee machine with capsules made our stay much more convenient. We appreciated the included parking space, which made exploring Schladming and the surrounding region effortless. The summer guest card was a great bonus, offering great value for the cable lifts. After spending five days here as our first stop on our annual family Alps tour, we felt it offered excellent value for money.

Thew location is somewhat outside the town center, but this didn't impact our overall experience as we were mostly exploring the region with a car. The WiFi connection was occasionally unstable, though this wasn't a significant issue for a holiday. The pillow took a little getting used to initially, but I got used to it after the first night.

Accomodation is spacious, clean and close to the ski-lift.

It is not in the center of town - it is a 15 minute walk - which for us was fine, but you're not in the thick of the action. The only downside of the accomodation were ants - we had quite of lot crawling in the kitchen and could not leave food there. That was a bit of a pain.

The owner of the apartments, Werner, is incredibly friendly and supportive. He gave us a ride to the train station; he treated us with a cake and chocolates, and he was always ready to help and answer all our questions. The apartments were even better than in the pictures. Very spacey, clean, and quiet, with everything you need in the kitchen. Panorama windows were a special pleasure to me. The location is close to the city center (15 minutes) and Planai West station (5 minutes), also perfect. Thanks a lot! We will be happy to return some day :)

Great stay in beautiful Schladming with great host

Beautiful (newly built/renovated) apartment with great balcony and more than enough room for 6 adults! Sauna is great addition. Werner (the owner of the property) rocks! He was very tentative and helpful in every possible way from the very first contact and during our stay. Fully recommended!

The best in Schladming!

The whole chalet is impressive, newly built, cozy. Immediately upon arrival we felt at home. We didn't miss anything. The owner is a very nice guy who takes perfect care of his guests. . The Planai West ski lift is a maximum of 500 meters away, as is the nearest grocery store. Best of all, however, is the view from the terrace to the opposite hills, much better than the cinema. We would like to thank once again for a wonderful holiday.

Perfect stay!

We liked everything and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is perfect for a family stay, it is clean, spacious, well equipped and has a beautiful mountain view from the terrace. It is close to the center and there is a supermarket in few minutes walk. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

It's a perfect accommodation in Schladming. Apartment was really nice in a wooden style. It was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I really liked very large terrace with a nice view on surrounding mountains. City center is close so you can go everywhere by foot, but it was also possible to take a bike at any time and use it for trip to a more distant parts of the city. We really appreciated summer cards which was included and saved us a lot of money during our visit.

Najlepszy apartament w jakim byłam.

Wspaniały gospodarz, miły i pomocny. Apartament świetnie urządzony, zawierał wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Pomieszczenia są przestronne i dzięki dużym oknom, pełne światła dziennego. W naszym apartamencie, był też bardzo duży, słoneczny taras z meblami. Materace bardzo wygodne. Budynek dobrze wyciszony. Nie było slychać hałasu z zewnątrz. Ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, które łatwo dokupić w pobliskiej Billi. Choć może nie być potrzeby, bo sporo było ich przygotowanych dla nas w kuchni. Kostek do zmywarki, które również były przygotowane, wystarczyło na cały pobyt. Woda źródlana w kranie. Sporo sztućców i talerzy, dzięki czemu zmywarka mogła być puszczana, dopiero gdy była pełna, a nie wcześniej, bo zabrakło naczyń. Do tego sauna, z tablicą na której można się wpisać, tak aby wszyscy mogli spokojnie skorzystać bez przepychanek. Możliwość zamówienia pieczywa, z dużej listy z obrazkami, do wyboru, dostarczanego co rano. Świetną sprawą dla narciarzy była szafka na sprzęt narciarski przy stacji kolejki, bez dodatkowej opłaty. Do stacji gondoli krótki spacer. Zaimponowało nam też to, że ktoś dzieli się z nami swoim stylem życia, który pomaga zwolnić nasze szalone tempo życia i cieszyć się wypoczynkiem. Wrócimy tam na 100%. Bardzo dziękujemy za cudowny pobyt.

Úžasné ubytování

Výborná domluva s majitelem, krásný, čistý a skvěle vybavený apartmán s obrovskou terasou zařízenou na relax po dni na horách. V ubytování nám vůbec nic nechybělo. Objekt je cca 15 minut od centra, necelou půlhodinku pěšky k bazénu nebo lanovce na Planai. K ubytování jsme dostali letní kartu, kterou jsme využili na lanovky, bazény, vstup k jezerům.

Nenašli jsme nic, co by se nám nelíbilo.

הכל נקי, כל מה שצריך בדירה יש, כולל את כרטיס הקיץ שלאדמינג שהיה מאוד שימושי. המארח היה נחמד מאוד, חיכה לנו בסבלנות לקבל את פנינו גם אחרי שעות הצ'ק אין היות ונתקענו ביום פקקים משוגע בדרך ממינכן. יש שם מכונת כביסה ומייבש משותפים ללא תשלום נוסף, ארונות, בנוסף לשני חדרי שינה גם ספה וספה נפתחת נוספת, יציאה לחצר (או מרפסת למי שלמעלה), מקום מרווח, נעים ומזמין. ממש הצטערנו לעזוב :)

אולי רק הכריות שהיו רכות מידי, אבל זה נראה כמו קטע כללי באוסטריה..

Wunderschönes Appartement in geschickter Lage zur Talstation Planai West

Brötchenservice war perfekt, gerade wenn man früh auf die Piste wollte. Sauna für alle mit einem Orga -Brett prima. In der Küche könnten vielleicht noch ein paar mehr Gläser und Becher stehen, dann muss man die halb volle Spülmaschine nicht so oft laufen lassen. Sehr freundlicher und entspannter Vermieter. Besser geht es nicht. Es war alles wahrheitsgemäß beschrieben, 6 Minuten zum Fuß zur Gondel planai West, perfekt.

Die Stühle sind sehr schön aber nicht sehr bequem. Und wenn man Wuckies - Stuhlstulpen verwenden würde, würde es deutlich leiser sein können, dann hört man auch nicht die anderen Gäste. Der Preis steigt, da müssen wir schauen, ob wir das in einem Jahr so nochmal leisten können. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn möglich. Danke für alles!!!
