Stadt-Chalet Schladming

Beautiful place with beautiful, kind hosts! The apartment is in the center of a lovely town, about a one-hour drive from Hallstatt. But in Schladming, you can also find beautiful tourist trails. The apartment was gorgeous and had everything you could possibly need. You cannot park in front of the building for free, but within a 5-minute walk there is a free parking lot at the train station. If you arrive late, you can use the door code to get in. Communication with Jonas was super fast, and we got all the answers we needed. I think their prices are really, really good! We also got delicious apricots from their garden ☺️(Thank you!) We totally recommend this beautiful place!

For 3 rooms, there is one bathroom and one toilet, which can be a bit crowded when the apartment is full.

Die Lage und die Dachterrasse sind die einzig positiven Punkte an dieser Unterkunft.

sometimes cheap is REALLY cheap. it looks to be newly painted but the walls are so thin that you hear from water boiling to people plugging chargers into sockets and more i am not even talking about the noisy floor yet there was a balcony with our room that had no chairs and is basically not usable since you look directly into another room. it is clear that this was one big room that was (poorly) divided by makeshift walls. on the balcony there was a glas of smoked cigarette buds soaking in water... nice the single toilet is shared (which is mentioned) among 6+ people. hygiene is at the mercy of the other guests. on day 3 of our stay we had to use paper towels from the kitchen since toilet paper was all gone same story with the bathroom (shower, bathub, sink): it is also shared with the others (which is not obvious when not booking the shared bathroom option) the doors are opening with the slightest breath of air even when fully closed (which was especially unfortunate when you are changing at that exact moment) we had to lock the door just to keep that from happening. this was not always possible since two person bedroom and one key... so if one person was leaving ,there was no guaranted privacy talking about doors, the door handle of the toilet almost fell apart besides the balcony door there was one tiny window that was covered in thin paper mache... this window was directly into the room with bins and garbage, which was attached to the kitchen regarding the kitchen...in our case we had the unfortunste "luck" that fellow guests seemed to have jetlag or something since even after repeated notice that we can hear everything very loudly in our room, they kept making tee and had their phones notification messages on loud (yay sleep when you hear a ping every few minutes) the rooms were clean and there was a wireless phone charger on one side and powerplugs on the other.

This was perfect for our group of 8 friends. Highly recommend.

wenn man nicht die ganze Wohnung (alle Zimmer) bucht, werden die Zimmer anderweitig verteilt

Sehr netter Vermieter, sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Äußerst sauber. Super zentrale Lage, 10min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, 10min zum Planai Stadion.

Es war soweit alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, der Preis war heftig aber absolut verständlich zum Skiopening.

Bekvämt rum, sköna sängar. Bra kök och vardagsrum. Mycket vänlig värd som körde oss till kabinbanan då bussarna inte gick. Läget i byn utmärkt med närhet till affär, restauranger, tågstation.
