Great location and accommodating staff.

Great location for skiing - very close to Planai West ski gondola - just a 7min walk in ski boots to get to the slopes. The location was great too for trips to town center - but a car or a bus ride was needed. We did not have a car, but the bus stop is very close and the hotel has a shuttle service. Our apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, we had 2 bathrooms for the 2 bedrooms which was super nice. The hotel’s swimming pool and sauna were an added plus, as was the restaurant and the food vending machine. And there was even a bread service in the morning. Overall a super nice hotel and would stay here again.

We were very pleased with everything. We stayed in Alpine Club over the new year - so the prices were high, but we enjoyed our stay.

Much better than expected

Lots of space in appartement, large bathroom with bath. Beds were prepared, towels included, All accessories available in the kitchenette. Even cleaning services twice a week.

Interior a bit outdated but descent quality. Pool was out of service but we were informed on that before arrival. Matrass not hard enough, but that is personal

we had a large 2 bed apartment. clean and spacious

the cooking facility’s were less than expected especially as the restaurant is not open. a hob and a microwave with a crisp function that just burnt what ever you put in. as the restaurant was closed the last thing we wanted to do after a long day of skiing was go into town and get dinner. we ate on the slopes in the day and done a food shop for things like pizza’s. ready made lasagna for dinner. but we’re unable to cook any of it.

Apartment was nice and clean fully equipped. very modern. good people at the reception and very helpful. location good even if you need to walk to the ski area about 250m

we did not get the big apartment as we order. we got much smaller. since they did not had the other one we got discount for this one which we then accepted. the smaller one is on the edge for 6 people.

Superb

Services were very good, cleaning three times a week, good supply of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc. Nice swimming pool. Very spacious apartment. Friendly staff. Free DVD rental. Etc.

It is not easy to reach with public transport. Nearest supermarket is 20 minutes walk, buses only go once an hour. When we were there the amount of snow was not comfortable for ski in and out.

A chance to reminisce.

Having stayed here on numerous occasions many years ago, I wanted to share my experience with my own children. The overall feel and vibe had not changed; still a fantastic hotel, close to town and the slopes. The only down side is that it no longer has a ski lift in the garden and the Keller bar has gone. Otherwise all the changes are positive.

Lacking an informal bar. The lift access is restricted.

Bra semester, bra skidort, bra boende och bra väder.

Trevligt med tillgång till pool, gratis parkering, fin utsikt över Schladming från balkongen. Hyfsat nära till pisten, ca 300 m att gå till pist 37 för att komma til Planai West stationen. Dåligt med snö påverkade accessen till pisten, hade varit enklare om det varit lite mer snö. Möjlighet att beställa färskt bröd varje morgon. Vi bokade en studio på 25 kvm, praktiskt och funktionell standard, lite trångt med blöta skidkläder som skulle torka. Bra låsbart skidförråd med möjlighet att torka pjäxorna. Busshållplats nära, ca 200 m.

Wifi ingick men begränsat till bara två enheter, uppkopplingen svajig stundtals. Lyhört, vi hade otur med högljudda grannar som kom hem sent på nätterna, men ingen åtgärd från personalen trots att vi påtalade det.

Apartment mit Selbstversorgungsmöglichkeit in Kombination mit Hotelannehmlichkeiten wie Hallenbad, Sauna und Spielbereich (z.B. Fußballtisch, Billard, Tisch-Tennis). Sehr nettes Rezeptions-Team, waren immer hilfsbereit.

Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer gehört ausgetauscht, war unbequem zum Schlafen und ist eher ein Notbett (u.a. beim Kopfbereich tiefer gelegt als das restliche Bett). W-LAN ist verbesserungswürdig.

Aangenaam verblijf in proper appartement.

De hygiëne en netheid van de kamer. Zwembad, sauna, fitness en ontspanningsruimte is een meerwaarde.

Inchecken met pen en papier zorgt voor vertraging en drukte aan de receptie. Restaurant en bar was nog niet helemaal geroutineerd. Spelletjesruimte met bar zou beter uitgebaat moeten worden. De toebehoren voor pingpong of biljart moeten telkens aan de receptie afgehaald worden. Bar is niet bemand.
