Private: natural state property 1'300 m2 with lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for skis, washing machine. Narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop "Ramsau Vorberg Panorama" 550 m, bathing lake "Ramsau Beach" 2.4 km.
