A wonderful place for a reasonable price at close driving distance to the big ski areas.

We stayed here for a second time now. The apartment is well equipped, clean, and just a wonderful place to stay. Coffee machine (available 07.00-18.00) with free coffee at the reception and a great atmosphere all around. We use this apartment when we go skiing, for which it is great. By car to the Hauser Kaibling gondola is about 9 minutes. Planai about 5 minutes. There are two supermarkets (Hofer, Penny) practically next door.

We were a bit less happy with the pillows this year, but that's personal of course. There is not too much entertainment in the direct area. Schladming Centre is about 1 hr on foot. However, for what we use the apartment for, it is fine.

Very bad - just don't!

The location is good. There is a coffee and chocolate-milk machine at the entrance.

The owner of the place is a very unfriendly woman. The description of the place says that there is free WiFi - it didn't work at all, there was no internet. Even after I complained about it to the owner of the place, it wasn't fixed. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, ants, even though we were on the first floor. After two days I asked for new towels, the owner of the apartment refused to give me any. The kitchen is very dark, the dishwasher stinks, there is no oven, there is a very old small bread warmer that you can't really use as an oven. The house seems to be unmaintained, furniture from 50 years ago, wall-to-wall carpet - not suitable for someone who suffers from dust allergy, it also looks unclean. The bed was uncomfortable. The sheets on the beds have holes and tears. It's really shameful that people are welcomed into their apartment like this. We didn't enjoy our stay here. The worst apartment we stayed in during our visit to Austria. I don't recommend it at all!

Location and facilities like fully equipped appartment, free coffee in reception , the owner was very helpfull and answered all my question , also she help me to take my wife to train station (thank you very much ) and she give us the summer card to enjoy the activities

No washing machine in the appartment Houskeeping is only taking the trashes , fill toilet papers and clean floor once a week

Superb

The apartment house was absolutely excellent, everything was clean, modernly furnished, spacious, the location was quiet, but everything was within reach. A perfect place for trips and the cable cars can be reached by car in less than ten minutes. The lady of the house was very nice, accommodating, we really felt very comfortable there. As bonus Sommer card were part of the stay, it was very useful. We highly recommended to everyone.

Gorgeous apartment

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Beautiful apartment, perfectly equipped, with a great terrace. Beautiful bathroom, everything just fantastic. We had a lovely stay here and if we were to go to Schladming again and it was possible, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect: very comfortable, spacious, clean, fully-equipped and well-located (for skiers) apartments, run by an excellent family :-). A good coffee was a nice and much welcomed gratis :-). Thank you very much! We hope to come back one day.

Very polite and helpful owners, great location, peaceful surroundings, storage area for snowboards and equipment.

Apartment was too small for 3x persons, little bit of mold in toilet, hot water quickly dissipates.

Krásný,čistý,prostorný,dobře vybavený apartmán. Naprostá spokojenost. Káva na recepci zdarma .Příjemná paní domácí,která se zeptá , zda je vše v pořádku. Jinak jsme měli soukromí,což máme rádi.

Super volba pro rodinnou dovolenou v okolí Schladmingu

Informace před příjezdem byly poslány včas, vše bylo připravené v době našeho příjezdu. Pokoje krásné, velké, velké čisté. Děti nadšené z králíků i ze zábavy na recepci. Paní majitelka byla vstřícná a paní Kristína super nápomocná nejen při plánování výletů. Poloha penzionu byla super jako výchozí bod k podnikání výletů, v okolí možnost nákupu potravin. Na recepci spousta infotiskovin o možných aktivitách v okolí. Sommerkarte a káva jako třešnička na dortu. Děkujeme.

Perfektně vybavené, čisté a moderní ubytování s veškerým příslušenstvím. Každodenní úklid, výměna ručníků v průběhu pobytu, kafe na recepci přes den zdarma a moc dobré, možnost upéct si pizzu, nanuky v lednici. Není co vytknout.
