The location, in the middle of the vineyard, the person who provided us with the private tour of the winery, very passionate were the most important positive aspects. It is clean, it is a sustainable location, it offers an interesting experience right in the middle of nature.

The breakfast was quite poor, even though it was provided from our own resources. The restaurant was quite expensive and limited in menu options.

This was one of our absolute favourite stops on our Tuscan tour! Wonderful staff, so joyous and full of helpful information - and just so naturally welcoming. Our room was modern, light, filled with luxury products and the vineyards products. Very chilled and super cool spot!

Hot tub felt it could have been a little cleaner - and seats were too low for a 5ft 1 woman! Couldn’t keep the wine high enough!

Beautiful scenery lovely rooms, amazing food, and of course, the fabulous wine. Hot tubs are an added bonus. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from and good coffee. Lovely grazing platters available, and it would be wonderful if these were able to be had outside under the trees, looking at the view rather than only in the restaurant. Transport isn’t easy, but a list of reputable drivers was given which we used and was very convenient. It would have been even more special. If short day trips could have been offered to the local town as it looks amazing perched on top of the hill.

We had a large multifamily group with many young children staying above us and the noise from above was disturbing early in the mornings and late at night.

The hotel was gorgeous, clean, quiet. Very elevated experience. The staff was also really nice. Would have been fun to use the hot tubs if it wasn't super hot outside!

The bed wasn't the best, and my husband and i felt like we were rolling to the center all night. There were also a lot of bugs and flies. It is summer, and it was hot, but it was hard to get them out of the room.
