Its closeness to the old town montelpuciano. Very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Room was extremely spacious.
Food was good except the menu wasn’t clearly communicated for the second night. We loved the staff - the bbq was a little unclearly communicated but we enjoyed nonetheless.

The room and sitting room was very nice and big. The restaurant in the evening outside was lovely with good food and good service. We enjoyed eating their a couple of times. The breakfast was amazing and so nicely laid out. Everything is so pretty and quaint.
