Limpeza, localização, espaço no apartamento.

Lo mejor del apartamento era la situación y la proximidad a la parada de metro. También nos gustó la limpieza (olía a lejía), que contase con dos baños completos, aire acondicionado en todo, sábanas y toallas limpias.

La dejadez que se nota en el mantenimiento: manchas en las paredes, colchones vencidos, sábanas protectoras viejas y rotas, luminarias caídas o que no encendían, dos sillas con las patas rotas, el sofá rajado, menaje incompleto para el número de personas que ocupan el apartamento, mucho ruido en fin de semana por culpa de una discoteca que hay en frente. Si prestasen más atención a estos fallos sería un alojamiento 10/10.

The location was excellent and very convenient. The apartment was spacious and had a very good size.

The furniture is quite worn and needs improvement or renovation. During the weekend, there was also a lot of noise, and the doors did not provide good sound insulation.

Great location. Easily accessible to metro stops. Plenty of room for five people.

Needs some property maintenance. Theres a few light bulbs that were not working. Only two toilet paper rolls for each bathroom, which was four paper toilet rolls for five people for five days. They need to provide more toilet paper. The showers are interesting, easily got water out on floor. Phots provided are not updated with the new bathrooms. Also arrived around 22:30 at night and needed to pay an additions 30eurps for late check in, in cash. We already agreed upon when setting the check in time the day before, however I don’t believe it was in the information provided when booking. Just a heads up with being extra cash just in case.
