Apartamentos Plaza de España

El lugar tiene una ubicación excepcional. Muy cerca del metro, de restaurantes, de supermercados. Nos encantó la ubicación. Estaba muy limpio y es bastante espacioso para compartir con un grupo.

Las camas no eran cómodas. Además es una calle bastante bastante ruidosa. La ventana del cuarto principal no cerraba bien y eso hacía que entrara más ruido. Pasan carros y camiones a toda hora y en la esquina hay una disco (aunque estaba cerrada cuando nos hospedamos, imagino que será muy ruidosa). Viajamos con un bebé y esto fue lo más molesto pero en general estuvimos bastante cómodos

Great location, roomy, good ac system

Poor beds and incredibly poor sound isolation (windows not closing properly and therefore street noise was very high)

Location was perfect to walk to Gran Vía y La Tasca de Ventura exquisita.

It wasn’t 100% clean.

Great location. Easily accessible to metro stops. Plenty of room for five people.

Needs some property maintenance. Theres a few light bulbs that were not working. Only two toilet paper rolls for each bathroom, which was four paper toilet rolls for five people for five days. They need to provide more toilet paper. The showers are interesting, easily got water out on floor. Phots provided are not updated with the new bathrooms. Also arrived around 22:30 at night and needed to pay an additions 30eurps for late check in, in cash. We already agreed upon when setting the check in time the day before, however I don’t believe it was in the information provided when booking. Just a heads up with being extra cash just in case.
