In a central area, just 100 meters from the sea, in the historic center of Levanto, characteristic town overlooking the gulf of the same name, is located this cozy apartment of about 70square meters, ccompletely renovated and situated on the second floor of a historic palace. The apartment overlooks a square with trees and for its position it is an ideal place to stay if you want to visit the enchanting villages of the “Cinque Terre” (literally five lands), an area declared a patrimony of humanity by UNESCO or just a bit further away Portofino and its small harbour. Public parking 100 m away. Comfortable furniture. Baby bed and internet connection available. Central heating. ACCOMMODATION: 2nd Fl.: living/dining room with view of the square, kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, freezer, Coffee machine “moka”), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower , 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower. LOCATION: 200 m any kind of shops, 25 km Cinque Terre with its picturesque villages overlooking the sea, 48 km La Spezia, 65 km Portofino, 80 km Genoa, 110 km Pisa.

The owners were very nice and easy to work with.
The apartment was very spacious, had comfortable beds, and was equipped with clean linens and kitchen equipment. We really liked the apartment itself.
In terms of location, it is ideal for people who want to feel like they're in the middle of all the action. We found it to be a little noisy at night for our family with children, as we were hoping for an apartment that was a little more quiet at night. It overlooks Piazza Staglieno, a very lively piazza that doesn't quiet down until the wee hours of the morning. But the location is great as it is close to the beaches, restaurants, gelaterias, laundry services, 2 markets, and about a 10 minutes walk to the train station. (We did enjoy the Piazza during the day!) (-:
The only other recommendation is to put a couple of fans in the apartment to help keep it cool at night when it's necessary to keep the windows closed to minimize the noise.
