Comfortable and good value for money B&B in Sirmione

The owner was very helpfull and friendly. Our bedroom was large and comfortable. The location is pretty good. It's not at the centre of the old town but it's in an area with nice coffee shops and shops if needed. And very close to a bus stop to go to the old town.

The sound proofing wasn't very good. You can hear the people next door talking although it wasn't an issue for us.

Perfect place to stay near old town Sirmione

Our room was spacious, beautiful and very clean with a seperate entrance from the garden side which made us feel like we had a place to ourselves. Room had everything needed for a nice, comfortable stay and the bed was very comfy. And the best part - the other half of the house is an authentic Italian restaurant with the most amazing pizzas! We came back to dine there even on our second night. They also serve quite good breakfast (for Italian standards) - 15 EUR for 2 people. The host and rest of the staff is very kind and helpful, easy to communicate and was also ready to assist with dietery requirements. Convenient location - close to the beach (around 7 mins walk) and about 3km walk to old town Sirmione.

Absolutely no downsides. You just have to be very patient with unreliable Italian public transport (bus from Desenzano train station was about hour late from what it said in Google maps and the train we booked to Milano never came at all - had to take a later one).

Wonderful host, great place, looking forward to coming back.

The host was incredible, giving fantastic personal tips and very accommodating. He modified the breakfast menu to suit our preferences. We loved the roses in front of our room. We also liked the outside entrance to our room, which made it feel very private. Less than 10 mins walk to the lake for a quick evening swim (would definitely recommend)

We had issues with lack of hot water in the shower, however it was looked at very quickly.

Roberto was a great host, very friendly and caring. He gave us a lot of great tips about Lake Garda, he responded quickly to our messages and overall was very welcoming and chatty! The accomodation was lovely, with beautiful garden and great breakfast! We loved it!

It was @ 2.7km outside Sirmione, but the bus stop was just around the corner, it’s was very good. The Il Rondo was great, as was Roberto, who made us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, and good breakfast. Secure parking. I would definitely recommend this place.

Bardzo miły pobyt. Gościnny gospodarz

Gospodarz bardzo miły. Gdy poprosiłyśmy o czajnik właściciel wieczorem przyniósł. Gospodarz był również bardzo pomocny i zawsze służył pomocą gdy np. zapytać się o lokalizację. Obiekt jest bardzo blisko plaży bo ok. 4 minuty. Od centrum dzielą około 50 minut jednak spacer jest bardzo przyjemny. W okolicy jest również sporo restauracji i sklep spożywczy oraz przystanek autobusowy którym można dojechać do centrum lub np. do Werony. Ogólnie bardzo miły pobyt

Mógłby być dostępny szampon i płyn do ciała w łazience. Momentami bywało ciasno. Nic poza tym🥳

Lieliska oāze, sava terase, ļoti tuvu ezeram. Iesaku - jauks saimnieks un ērta lokācija!

Būtu priecīgi, ja dvieļi četru dienu laikā tiktu nomainīti. Brokastis ir ļoti simboliskas.

Unterkunft mit dem Motorrad 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, sicherer Parkplatz, netter Gastgeber, alles nötige im Zimmer vorhanden, Sauberkeit insgesamt in Ordnung

Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen, Außenanlage recht ungepflegt, aber das war mir egal. Das Frühstück ist stark verbesserungswürdig. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt… Preis jedenfalls zu hoch bei so einem Frühstück!

Słabe śniadanie nawet, jak na włoskie standardy. Nieuzasadnione kontrole pokoju i zawartości lodówki przez personel pod nieobecność Gości. Brak wymiany ręczników przy pobycie pięciodniowym.

Für mich und meine Tochter ein schöner Aufenthalt. Sauber, freundlich, zentrumsnah und nah zum Baden. Was will man mehr!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Es hat sogar einen Kühlschrank. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gibt Tipps für Ausflüge, über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel etc. Alles in allem ein sehr netter Aufenthalt.

Es war klar dass bei diesem Preis nicht noch ein Wahnsinns Frühstück dabei sein kann..aber Toastbrot statt Zwieback wäre schön gewesen.

Gospodarz Roberto pomocny i przesympatyczny, doradził co w okolicy oglądać. Miejsce przytulne, maleńki tarasik ze stolikiem i krzesłami w ogrodzie wśród drzew i kwiatów. Rano ptaszki śpiewały )) Wieczorem klimatyczne lampy w ogrodzie. Jadalnia skromna, ale wszystko było co trzeba, dobra kawa z ekspresu, śniadanie tylko na słodko. za to z widoczkiem na kwitnące krzaki. Dla rozpieszczonych może być za mało. Dla mnie wystarczyło :). Świetna lokalizacja!!! można spacerkiem do plaż po dwóch stronach półwyspu dotrzeć jak również do zamku i pięknego centrum Sirmione na kolację czy olbrzymie lody ))) Niedaleko przystanek autobusowy, którym też można dojechać za 2 EUR do centrum. Objechaliśmy całe jezioro z jego cudownymi miasteczkami łącznie z Monte Baldo. Roberto polecił nam też Borghetto włoska perełka z uroczymi zakątkami, średniowiecznym zamkiem i pysznymi tortellinii di vellagio.
