Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, nonostante la vicinanza alla strada molto tranquillo e con una vista stupenda sul mare. Corredato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza serena.
Siamo stati nella settimana in cui c’è stata una allusione one e purtroppo dal tetto soprastante entrava acqua ci siamo arrangiati con stracci secchi, ma comunque abbiamo avvisato il custode.

it had a nice view of the sea and a large balcony but ours was the only apartment with that view and balcony
it was very dated and the shower was not clean and leaked into the hallway. it was right next to what appears to be a very busy road. there is parking but the apartments are on quite a dangerous corner and the drive is very steep to the carpark.
the system of booking through a rental agent was very time consuming and awkward unlike any experience I’ve had with Booking.com before
sheet and towels were extra and the towels were very old and not really of an acceptable quality. the host owner was nice enough but all in all not a good experience and we left a day early

Extremely great placement, 3 minutes walk to Spiaggia di Seccione, a beautiful, wild beach with crystal clear water that was almost always empty during our stay and far from the crowds of Sansone. The appartment was small but very well equipped, we had a nice terrace and the bus station was right near the apartment.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work and the signal was very poor but it’s understandable since the place is in the heart of the nature

True review: I loved the possibility to access to the closest beach “Prunini” just crossing the road and going down the stairs ... but honestly the PRICE isn’t worth it if you have the apartment 1,2,3 ( because they don’t have the sea view ). Usually WHEN YOU BOOK you should know which apartment you’ll get, but not in this case!!! Honestly I felt “cheated”. However the apartment is close the port/city of Portoferraio. The apartment IS CLEAN BUT we had problems with ants and bees ( because of that we could eat outside ).
If the price was cheaper I would recommend. But it’s pretty expensive in my opinion.
