Good location, nice amenities, outdated rooms.

The establishment is quite beautiful, with a well kept pool, two parking lots and other amenities. The staff is friendly and warm. Good breakfast with lots of options. The only big problem is with the rooms. The windows and balcony doors are heavily outdated, as the equipment in the bathrooms, including the hair dryer and the shower cabin.

It was fine overall but too far from city center.

It was clean it was quiet and it was quite suitable. The gardens were lovely.

Unfortunately I made a mistake in booking this hotel since we didn't have a car and apparently we couldn't really walk to town a 3km. walk on busy street. The staff were not knowledgeable on tourist attractions and tours and bus routes. So this was a little disappointing.

Great Price, Location is Better with Car

Very good value for the money and the restaurant was surprisingly good. The dinner is good value and the chef really is surprisingly good.

The hotel was a bit farther out of the port area than I would have preferred and I do not drive so taking the bus which was regular but not super regular and I was a bit nervous about taking it at night because there is really no where to walk on the side of the very busy road. That said, the restaurant in the hotel was excellent so I ate there both nights.

We are planning to go back in the future!

Room, pool, and location: all excellent. The architecture of the residence structure is also excellent. Exquisite courtesy of the staff, both at the reception and in the dining room.

To be picky, the only small request would be to add a soap holder in the shower! Something negligible, of course, that didn't affect at all a wonderful stay.

Tolle Anlage...grosses Schwimmbecken Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet Studio gross und gute Ablagen und Regale/Schrank Küche vorhanden mit Herd und Kühlschrank Zentrale Lage um die Insel auch mit Bus zu erkunden

Schöne, saubere und ruhige Anlage, freundliches Personal.

Leider ist das Hotel nicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Es liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße ohne Gehweg. Sogar die 30 Meter zur Bushaltestelle waren gefährlich. Die Busse fuhren zu unserer Zeit ziemlich selten (ca. 1x pro Stunde), sodass spontane Ausflüge ohne Pkw nicht möglich waren.

Struttura molto accogliente e tranquilla con personale gentile e accogliente. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di mezza pensione e siamo stati piacevolmente soddisfatti: ottima e abbondante colazione a buffet , cena con buffet di verdure, primo e secondo piatto a scelta dal menù, dolce e frutta. Camera pulita e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Situato a pochi minuti dal centro di Portoferraio e dalle più belle spiagge. Consiglio per una vacanza

Hotel antigo mas muito bem conservado. As fotos correspondem ao esperado. A piscina muito agradável. Tamanho do quarto bom, com uma pequena cozinha. Funcionários atenciosos. Especialmente o Arturo.

Como a reserva foi feita pelo Booking a limpeza do quarto não estava incluída. Isto foi uma surpresa para mim, deveria estar mais clara esta informação na hora da reserva . Caso eu quisesse a limpeza eu teria que pagar EUR15 por dia.

La struttura è molto bella, la posizione è ottima x potersi spostare tra le varie spiagge..

La stanza ovviamente era molto piccola essendo un monolocale, mancavano un po di cose necessarie ,la casa più terribile è stato il materasso, molto vecchio e con le molle che non ha permesso un riposo ottimale.

L'appartamento nonostante abbia un arredamento un pochino semplice, mancava di alcuni accessori indispensabili per esempio un portasapone nella doccia, e qualche gancio per gli asciugamani nel bagno o in ingresso per le giacche.

- la strada frontale al resort senza marciapiedi che ti costringe a prendere sempre la macchina però purtroppo questo non è colpa della struttura - la porta d'ingresso alla struttura vicina alla stanza che se non accompagnata sbatte rumorosamente

La struttura è un po vecchiotta nonostante non manchi nulla sono visibili alcuni segni di usura del tempo Si trova sulla via che porta al porto, al centro e a spiagge bellissime in pochi minuti ma che è davvero molto trafficata e può essere pericolosa se fatta a piedi o in bicicletta
