Very beautiful room, great holiday feeling

Absolutely beautifully decorated, very nice marine vibes, we purchased some of the artwork as a souvenir. Great location, many restaurants nearby, bus station within a stones throw. Great place for an evening stroll in the harbor. The host is very friendly and helpful, we communicated over whatsapp a lot. There was an espresso machine available in the room and caps daily refilled. After check-out the hostess let us leave the luggage safely. We enjoyed our stay very much

It would have been great to have an in-room fridge. Often there was a smell coming from the bathroom. Air conditioning is limited to certain hours. There are 3 flights of steep stairs to reach the apartment (especially challenging with a large luggage). There were construction works happening outside our window and in the floors below us, sometimes starting before 8 am.

Amazing view and location

Stunning location just in front of the seaside, the view from the window is just amazing. Our host has been very kind and helpful at anytime of the stay. The room is pretty and has a unique style.

The room was a little small for two persons and we could not turn on/off the air conditioning when we preferred.

Lovely views and easy to find off the ferry.

Great views of the marina and close to all amenities. Easy parking a 10 min walk away.

Very strict check in times of 16:30-18:00 with a €20 penalty if you arrive after that. Towels and linens are only changed every 4 days and it costs €20/ time to get fresh towels more often than this. The cleaning staff kept moving our stuff around. The property was vey hot and quite noisy due to the bars and restaurants outside. No breakfast included, and no fridge or facilities to prepare your own. Limited breakfast options in local restaurants as well, so we went to the Coop which was about 1.6km away.

A great surprise ! Would recommand.

The view is beautiful, better than we expected ! The room is very clean. We appreciated the coffee machine on the room.

The air conditioning was too cold. We couldn’t say if we wanted a housekeeper to clean our room or not. And the sink was a bit clogged. Also, it can be noisy in the evening because of concerts but this comes with the location of the apartment and it stops at midnight.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was light, clean, well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view of the harbour from the window. Sylvia was a superb host: always free to respond to questions via text and she took care of every detail. We hope to come back again in the future

Lovely room in Porto Ferraio

Silvia personalised with such a good taste her b&b making it cosy and pleasant. The rooms are finely decorated and she has so many little attentions, like candles in the evening. The B&b is really well located, in the nicest area of the marina where you can find many little restaurants and bars. Close to the B&b there are some paying parking areas, otherwise there is a free parking 10 min walk. Silvia has been a really kind host, we will come back with pleasure!

There is not an elevator, which has been not a problem for us, but could be for people with limited mobility.

Amazing views!

The views were amazing! The hostess was very attentive and helpful. The room is well decorated and was cleaned up each day. We were comfortable.

We had no idea our room would be four flights of stairs up (the last one was very difficult). I went back to look at photos, to see if I should have anticipated this, and I didn't see our exact view in the photos (there were other rooms on the third floor). The room was very tight for 4 nights. I recommend this particular room to only the youngest of travelers with not much luggage.

Posizione centralissima con una splendida vista, ambienti puliti e il piacevole extra delle cialde del caffè a disposizione.

Più che aspetti negativi, segnalerei solo che sarebbe stato comodo avere un piccolo frigo per tenere l’acqua fresca e qualche prodotto per l’igiene bagno. Inoltre, per una mia sensibilità personale agli odori, la presenza di profumatori d’ambiente può risultare piacevole per molti, ma meno gradita per chi soffre di emicrania legata a ciò, come me.

La struttura ha un arredamento impeccabile per una “stanza sul mare”! Bagno piccolo ma confortevole, grazie allo stile che lo caratterizza.

La gestione dell’aria condizionata (essendo centralizzata non garantisce il giusto comfort), la posizione molto centrale in alta stagione comporta eventi di piazza molto rumorosi e il parcheggio dalle 19.30 risulta scomodo poiché la stanza si trova in ZTL.
