Ottima posizione, molto vicino al porto dei traghetti.
Parcheggio ampio e comodo dietro la casa, con sempre posto disponibile.
Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e cordiale, sempre disponibile e flessibile: ci ha accolti prima dell’orario previsto, dato che siamo arrivati con un traghetto anticipato. Ottima e rapida comunicazione anche per il cambio di orario, soprattutto tramite WhatsApp.
Appartamento bellissimo, pulito e ben curato, con due camere da letto separate e spazi comuni condivisi. Eravamo gli unici ospiti.
Splendida vista dai piani alti.
La colazione era disponibile solo in versione fredda; una proposta con opzione calda sarebbe stata apprezzata.
La maggior parte dei buoni ristoranti si trova più lontano, soprattutto nella zona del porto vecchio, raggiungibile comunque a piedi in circa 20–30 minuti.
Non è possibile cucinare nulla in cucina, aspetto da considerare per soggiorni più lunghi.

Es war alles perfekt! Mauritio war extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir nicht italienisch sprechen und er nicht deutsch und kaum englisch, haben wir uns bestens unterhalten und gut verstanden!

Wir haben die letzten 2 Nächte in Portoferraio verbracht und haben das B&B hauptsächlich wegen der N̈ähe am Hafen ausgewàhlt. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, als wir oben angekommen sind und Maurizio uns alles gezeigt und erklärt hat. (Danke auch für die Restaurant Empfehlungen 😋). Das B&B ist super gemùtlich eingerichtet mit Balkon und tollem Blick. Die Kommunikation und Wegbeschreibung im Vorfeld war super hilfreich.
Das Frühstück, das Maurizio uns gezaubert hat war genial. Am 2. Tag mussten wir leider sehr früh los und haben daher einen Voucher für ein Frühstück in der Bar direkt darunter bekommen🙏. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Gastgeber mit ❤️Grazie Clara e Maurizio

Location fantastica, letteralmente a due passi dagli imbarchi, e con una splendida vista su Portoferraio vecchia.
Camere molto ampie con accesso alla terrazza, ottimi i materassi.
Colazione ottima e abbondante, servita nel soggiorno con vista.
Maurizio, il proprietario, è veramente gentile e si prende cura dei propri ospiti: ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati
