We had a wonderful and relaxing stay here. The apartment was comfortable, spotless, and set in beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect - close to both the beach and the town, yet peaceful and quiet.
Tommasi was a fantastic host. Friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed recommendations.
We would happily stay here again.
A small note for future guests: basic supplies such as hand soap, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are not provided, so it’s a good idea to bring them along :)

Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr schönen Terrassenbereich. Wir hatten für 3 Erwachsene gebucht und haben das Apartment für 4 Personen bekommen😀
Tommaso ist immer erreichbar, antwortet schnell und ist sehr schnell verfügbar wenn man was braucht
nicht wirklich, ausser das es hellhörig ist. Aber Nachts war es bei und immer still und das ist ja das wichtige 😀

Es ist sehr schön grün und gepflegt… jedes Apartment hat seinen eigenen Zugang und man hat durch die Bauweise der Wohnungen quasi keine direkten Nachbarn. Ein schöner Strand mit tollem Wasser ist Fussläufig erreichbar, Achtung Badeschuhe mitbringen 😆 das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht… Die Gastgeber sind auch superfreundlich und hilfsbereit… Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch 🤗

Top Lage bei zwei Stränden und nahe von Portoferraio, sehr schöne Anlage, grosser Garten mit Pflanzen, Blumen, Rasenfläche. Grosszügig geschnittene Zimmer, bei den meisten Zimmern grosse Terrasse.
Ausstattung könnte besser durchdacht sein (Schneidebrett, Seife im Bad, Spülmittel etc. war alles nicht vorhanden). Das Zimmer machte auf mich einen feuchten, dunklen und etwas „muffigen“ Eindruck. Preis-Leistung hat für mich nicht ganz gestimmt. Kleinigkeiten wie eine defekte Glühbirne, eine extra Decke wäre gut gewesen zum Leintuch dazu, Kaffee-/Teezubehör war nicht vorhanden wie beschrieben. Alles in allem fehlte es an Details und war ausserdem sehr ringhörig (Baby war ab 5.30 Uhr zu hören…).
