The view and beach is absolutely amazing. You’re right on the water. Excellent location to access Portoferraio, everything is walking distance
Rooms are clean and comfortable but small and definitely could use some updating. But the experience and view more than makes up for it. It’s also a bit noisy from the restaurant and sound just echoes around.

Location, location, location! Wonderful service especially from the amazing girl who received us at check in (Aman?!). She greeted us with a hug smile and was so welcoming! The place is directly on a beautiful blue water beach! We will be back! Parking on site was a super bonus!
The bathroom shower is a bit small for a taller person..

Lo staff ragazze competenti gentili sempre sorridenti. La posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia è fantastica e il ristorante sono il TOP
Prezzo molto molto alto per una camera fatiscente “senza finestra” dove manca il frigorifero per non parlare del bagno “non finestrato” con poca luce la tavoletta rotta… Una doccia anni 70 con la tenda di plastica ed il soffione mal funzionante. La tv praticamente solo rai1. Fortunatamente il condizionatore funzionava, consiglio comunque di sanificarlo.
Anche la colazione non a buffet un po’ misera sempre confrontata con il prezzo alto della camera.
