About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a wonderful area, where you can enjoy total relaxation.
The house is located near the center of Porto Maurizio, where you can find all kinds of shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. The apartment, which I renovated with quality materials in 2004, is located in a building that had been redesigned and rebuilt by Renzo Piano about thirty years ago, and is located directly on the main square of Parasio, the medieval old town, very picturesque and quaint.
The house is absolutely suitable for families with children as there is a room to themselves with two single beds.
The nearest beaches are about 500 meters away, reachable by scenic alleys and stairs from the square where the apartment is located, on top of a small hill.
If you do not want to face the climb on foot, the area is served by a local line of electric buses, the circular line B1, which every half hour free to link all the various beaches of Porto Maurizio with the Parasio square.
The house is located within the ZTL Parasio (Limited Traffic Zone), which means that you can enter and leave the same with the car every day only during the hours between 08:00 am and 10:00 am, from 03:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 1:00 am.
If you come by car, it is necessary that you communicate to me the license plate number so that I can inform the local police: this will allow you to load and unload luggage at any time, limited to the days of arrival and departure. A few steps away there is ample parking.
Taxis can enter and exit the ZTL at any time.
Just below the house there is a typical Ligurian restaurant (fish specialties), Osteria dell'Olio Grosso, where you can enjoy a pleasant dinner in the open air.
The start of the new cycle path is 1 km away from the house (Prino area): you can cycle for about 30 km to Bordighera enjoying breathtaking views and stopping at one of the beautiful beaches along the way.

Excellent apartment in super location. Simona is a very attentive and responsive host; any issues are quickly resolved. The apartment itself is light and spacious. Good sized well equipped kitchen on ground floor, open plan lounge plus bathroom and bedrooms on next floor and terrace then up small spiral staircase. The AC works well but the ambient temperature in the flat rarely gets above 23C . Porto Maurizio is at the top of the hill and there is a good view of the sea from the terrace. Café for breakfast and several restaurants and pizzeria within 500 yards plus shopping street another 200 yards down from the Duomo. On the waterfront at Imperia there are plenty of bars gelateria restaurants at reasonable prices. I would happily recommend Simona’s apartment and the area in general .

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gepflegt, allerdings mit vielen Treppen. Der Blick von der Terrasse entsprach nicht ganz der Fotos, man konnte das Meer jedoch sehen. Uns hat die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen. Eine kleine Altstadt im Herzen Liguriens.

Die Wohnung liegt hoch über dem Meer, der Weg ist recht anstrengend mit vielen Stufen.
Ruhig Lage, aber um 07.00 Uhr wird man von den Kirchenglocken geweckt. Die Schlafzimmer haben wenige Tageslicht.
