Stepped path to the house. Public parking 50 m. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Imperia" 5 km, ferry "Savona" 73 km, sandy beach "Imperia Borgo Marina" 500 m pebble beach "Imperia Borgo Foce" 20 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Marina 600 m. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.

Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Meer; kleine Strände und ein kleiner Platz mit drei charmanten Restaurants befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür; das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll restauriert und eingerichtet. An allen Fenstern sind Mückennetze, so dass man bei offenen Fenstern schlafen kann und das Meeresrauschen in vollen Zügen ohne störende Verkehrsgeräusche genießen kann.
