Escape to the heart of Porto Maurizio for a delightful holiday in this apartment located directly in the charming Borgo Parasio, one of the most beautiful historic villages on the Ligurian Riviera, known for its picturesque alleys and colorful traditional Ligurian houses.
The location is truly central: the beaches are easily reachable in under 10 minutes on foot (about 1 km) or just 2–3 minutes by car. Porto Maurizio also offers excellent connections thanks to free public elevators and a shuttle service linking different areas of the city (beaches, Oneglia, and the Primo area), making getting around even more convenient.
The apartment is on the third floor of a historic building in the old town and is immersed in the authentic atmosphere of the historic center, with views over the characteristic alleyways and squares of Parasio. It features one bedroom and a comfortable living area, ideal for up to 4 guests.
Upon entering, on one side you will find the living room with two sofas and a flat-screen TV. On the other side is a well-organized kitchen with a dining area, enhanced by an attractive arched brick wall. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. The space is bright and also includes a TV and door providing plenty of natural light.
