Villa La Ginestra - Charming Country Home

Villa La Ginestra is a house with history and soul, and it was wonderful to hear its story from our host, Federico. The walls are so thick that there is no need for air conditioning. The location is excellent, with a bakery just three minutes away, providing freshly baked bread and pastries every morning. The house is only a 10–15 minute drive from Arezzo, a beautiful town with a rich history, whose old city walls date primarily from the 14th and 16th centuries and old postcard-like city center on the hill. The shops are good as well and really good restaurants. The garden is wonderful and very well maintained. Federico is a truly welcoming host who offers great advice and helpful tips on what to do and see in the surrounding area.

The swimming pool is rather cold, but it is exceptionally clean. We would also have appreciated having a few more deep bowls in the kitchen. 😉

Great pool, amazing stay ! Big living room and kitchen, nice garden. The owner, Federico gave us an Italian cooking lesson and prepared us a special lunch. The house is not isolated but guarantees privacy.

friendly host and big house. Also big garden, perfect for a stay with a big family. we could also use a lot of different things, to relax next to the pool.

its good to know, that you can hear traffic.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the villa! Everything was perfect! The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and have a besutiful furniture. There is enough space for everybody, a comfortable living Room upstairs and downstairs, a big garden. And there is Federico, he did everything to make us feel like home! Thank you again, we will come back!!!
