Prior to our arrival we received the wrong codes for the main gate and the appartment, so we could not access the appartment. The host could initially not be reached. (We were earlier than initially intended)
Correct key codes and explanation how the main gate is operated from the inside of the gated area.

Great value for money, spacious ground floor flat, excellent location, secure apartment in a gated community with private parking. Good communication with the owner.
A couple of things were a bit tired, but I believe the previous person left the flat in a bad state. It didn’t ruin our stay and we were very surprised because it was such good value for money.

Cheap. Ideal quiet location, comfortable bed and decently powerful shower. Electric fan was very welcome as temperature was over 30° for the duration of our stay.
Was greeted by an unpleasant smell, requiring airfreshener, candles, and insense sticks to mask. Shower curtain could do with replacing as extremely discoloured. Kitchen sponge / scourer heavily used prior to our arrival. Whole place would benefit with a good freshening up. No WiFi at all and no TV. Unfortunately, Anne offered no assistance whatsoever. Very surprised that it has a booking.com rating of 8+! Slightly misleading.
