Location was good
Room was clean
A bit difficult working with the staff at first. Felt like she was yelling at me in Spanish and I don’t speak Spanish. Our interactions did get better so I was thankful for that

It was warm in Santiago, no air con, and I couldn’t open the windows for a breeze.

This is not a hotel…
It’s an apartment where you share one bathroom with 5 other rooms. Where thin walls, can hear everyone in the apartment and also the outside noise. There is no air-conditioning and the fan in the room doesn’t work. No fridge, there is one teapot but no cups to drink from anyway.
Definitely overpriced for what you get…
