Room was excellent ,shower good,tv good,brekie was great hot meal and cold snacks and fresh orange juice! Enjoyed the interior design of the hall and brekfast hall,staff verh pleasant ,location great in the centre ,lots of nice shops and cafes and cultural surroudings

Best place I've stayed in Santiago. Employees are lovely. Room is clean with AC and window blackout shades. Bed is the most comfortable bed I've experienced in the past 3 weeks of travel. I didn't want to get up! Breakfast was good, fantastic scrambled eggs. Location was a close walk to Cathedral and Alameda Park. I loved my stay! Hope to return again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in. The hotel is tight at the edge of the old town which is lovely. Getting to the hotel by bus from the airport is also very easy as there is a bus stop only 2 minutes from the hotel and I received an email with information which bus to take and at where to get off from the hotel about 3 days prior the start of my stay. I was also in touch with them when I was arriving because my flight was delayed and the receptionist was absolutely lovely and helpful. I absolutely recommend and will definitely stay here if I ever visit Santiago again.
The shower was unfortunately leaking so there was a constant puddle in the bathroom.
