La perfecta localización del hotel, el tamaño de la habitación y la amabilidad del personal del hotel, especialmente de Víctor que no recepcionó y nos hizo unas recomendaciones muy interesantes, Pilar que estuvo atenta antes de que llegásemos y durante nuestra estancia.
Las escaleras… son infinitas y cuando has subido y bajado unas cuentas veces y vuelves de un día de paseo, se hacen un poco pesadas, pero bueno es un punto mínimo negativo, el esto del hotel compensa.

If you want to be close to the cathedral, this is perfect. Sheets are clean and crisp. Bathroom clean. Old world charm.
THREE FLIGHTS of stairs to the room. Shower didn’t work. Bedside lamp not working. Room is hot. A fan was provided but it just blows hot air around. Night time street noise from celebrating pilgrims was loud and long into the wee hours. Street cleaning also very noisy.

Great location for visiting Santiago. Large, spacious room. Responsive staff.
Guests staying above were noisy during quiet hours and woke us up. The property does not have air conditioning, and temperatures were very warm during our stay. An electric fan would have helped a lot. Wifi was inconsistent.
