The bed was really big and comfortable! The room was very clean and in a perfect location. They had downstairs a nice local where we had some drinks during the evening and then breakfast in the morning with a customer discount.
Was not a big problem but the room next to us had the tv really loud until late.

We walked the Camino from Porto, Portugal, to Santiago. Hotel Suso was already in touch with us before we arrived to offer us a bigger room at the same rate. Everything about our stay there was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, including allowing us to check-in well before the official check-in time, and looking up transport options to visit a site well away from the Cathedral area. (I caught the bus at their suggestion, which worked our great.) The location was fantastic, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend Hostal Suso for pilgrims or anyone else visiting Santiago.

Location, modern and clean
We complained about the air con not working and they said it needed resetting. When we came back to the room it was warm, in fact warm considering it was cool in the corridor and we then opened the windows to let the cooler air in. Really disappointed by the inacción on the staff in this matter
