La Smorfia

First off I would like to thank Antonella for her time and help. She gave me all the information I needed starting from how to get to the B&B to how to enjoy beautiful Napoli in the best way possible. Also the location and the building are unbeatable. These type of buildings are really rare nowadays and I would recommend this particular one to be experienced at least once. Rooms are also very spacious and clean. I would like to thank Francesco for his kind gesture on the last day as well.

Great location and really comfortable room. Less than 5 minutes away from the historic center of Napoli. The room was perfect and the staff super nice and helpful. Breakfast in the cafe in front of the street was also really nice. I would repeat if I'm back in Napoli

As mentioned, you have to pay for the lift which is inconvenient given the extraordinary heat in summer + the room is on the third floor, very high up. The breakfast is not worth it, we would have rather paid less and went to a place of our choice. The rooms are big and clean but badly insulated so it's quite noisy. If somebody buzzes in the main entrance, you feel like they're in your room. The way it's done, if your partner/friend goes back to the room before you, they will have to go all the way down and then up the stairs to open the door for you when it's your turn to come back. We felt pressured to give the host an exact arrival time, although we were on holiday and it said we could check-in until 9pm. (We thought the reception desk should therefore be ready to welcome guests until then)
