I liked the fact the staff was wonderful! Sirena took great care of us. She helped us from giving great suggestions for meals, arranging taxis, and so much more. The housekeeper kept our room spotless. It was a very comfortable and clean room. I really liked most everything about our hotel.
Broken elevator most of the time

Good location.
The beakfest is served in room with only 3 options, e.g., cofee, juice and yogurt. No luggage room, and there is a cost for elevator.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Good central location
It was poorly marked. The stairs up to the property were steep and smelled bad. The elevator cost .50 euros, and just getting into Naples, we had no change. The door locks were ridiculously difficult to open, and there were 3 different keys we had to use, one of which was ancient and useless! We had asked for 2 separate twin beds, and got a room with a bed, and a couch!
