    Had to book this since all other budget options were taken, and it was a nice treat. The room is big and spacious and has TV with netflix. Water, sun screen and bug spray is provided near reception. There is only a coffee maker in the room and no kettle... the staff suggested i boil water using the coffee maker, i thought that was quite make-shift. The beachfront area is private for the hotel but it also seems like most people can just walk through, i never used it since it rained the entire time i was there. For this price point it was a really good and clean value, which i didn't see in many other accomodation options.

    Jan’s hotel is very clean. The staff is friendly. Sunrises every morning right outside your door are amazing. The bed was comfortable. Location is perfect.

    If you can cancel your booking here do it!! They are adding 2 upper floors to hotel. They should be closed while they do it. I stayed for 5 nights after 2 I couldn't stand it. From 8am until 6pm, even on Sunday there was MAJOR!!construction going on. The noise was unbearable. The was a constant stream of workers in hallways, piles of materials everywhere. Not how anyone should have to spend their vacation, never mind paying their hard earned cash. I reached out several times to property for refund or a stay in lieu, and got no reply. Am currently trying to get Agoda to issue me a refund. I have videos of noise that I can't upload. In a month I'm sure the rooms will be great, but in the meantime, there's no way you should have to stay there in those conditions.
