Very helpful staff

Rooms only cleaned every couple of days

It was cozy and the staff was super friendly and welcoming

When I got to my room there was a couple of mosquitoes. So if the property could provide something to repel the mosquitoes that would make the stay better! Overall not a huge problem since in a tropical climate you know to expect mosquitoes

The location was perfect. It was very clean and the staff was excellent. They also have bikes available to use for free

I liked that the Sea n sun Guest House was quiet and away from the main street yet close enough to walk just about anywhere. It was relaxing hanging out in the common area - Cecilio and Marley made it feel like home. Both are so kind and welcoming. I was a little worried that the only room available was a cabin with a shared toilet and shared bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised that the shared facilities were spotless and it didn't turn out to be an issue. Air conditioning felt nice after a long day in the sun. I loved the kitchen and dining set up too. Free usage of the bikes and kayaks was a plus as well. The location is close to The Split and a variety of restaurants, street food, and ice cream and grocery stores. There were many tours available too. Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Alley is not to be missed. As a solo traveler, I felt safe during my stay. I would stay there again and highly recommend this Guest House
