The location was wonderful and the hotel met all my expectations for comfort. You can watch the sunrise across the road and a few blocks away, watch the sunset.
They were not open at their posted time of nine a.m. We wanted to rent bicycles. The same thing happened another day to someone else.

The hotel is centrally located in the Caye Caulker village and guests are steps away from the water, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The staff were fantastic and always very helpful. The rooms were very clean. We really liked the convenience of having a bench outside our room and the lounge chairs at the water's edge.

Location was across from a great cafe, near grocery stores, the beach and activities for younger people. The room was clean. Daily room service was provided, including making the bed. However, all we needed was emptying the trash and more toilet paper.
The facilities are tired, need attention. Kitchen facilities were a joke. Fridge that need defrosting. Microwave oven, but no dishes at all. Had to ask for a second fork. Front windows didn't open, only the small bathroom one.
