This hotel is a great base to explore Caye Caulker and everything its surroundings have to offer. The location is ideal, very central, with everything reachable within 15mins walk. The breakfast on rooftop was great, the room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and a good shower.

We were in the room “Sand”, which is the Queen Room. It was down a little passage which made it quite dark, plus the outlook from the windows were a couple of walls. If I were to book again I would spend a bit more to stay in Sea or ideally Sunshine (the two deluxe rooms) which are nicer, brighter rooms.

I stayed here for 6 nights and enjoyed every second. Perfectly located close to everything, yet so quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is served on a rooftop terrace with a beautiful sea view. There is a different breakfast variety every day. Very pleasant hosts. Good AC and very clean.

Wifi was a little slow at times, but perhaps depends on what room you are in.

I thought everything about this place was outstanding. I loved the bright colours of the units, the layout, the attention to detail (eg booking, accessibility, guidance, practical suggestions, etc,) the personal touches and helpfulness of both Louis and Brian. The property location relative to water based activities, etc was perfect for me. The hammock outside was a lovely addition, and the vegetation surrounding the porch provides a natural barrier from the football field nearby. This space, which allowed for reading,writing, and having breakfast was a bonus. The dogs are great, the breakfast quality (on deck or on the roof) was great, too. Staying here was a privilege and a pleasure.
