The location is central to everything.... the staff were great. It was good value for what we needed
The noisy music from the restaurant across the street was problematic on occasion in the evening..... but it would not stop me from renting in this location if I went back to Caye Caulker

Good location Very friendly and helpful staff plus cute dogo (gizmo) Good AC Good wifi Felt safe and secure
On par with other places of similar star rating in Belize, hot water was in and out but functional enough. We arrived earlier, towels were a little moist and one of the pillow cases had lipstick on it but otherwise not bad good for the price, staff provided anything we asked for just didn't want to make a stink about the pillows and towels Bed could have been more comfortable, was springy I'm 6 ft and barely fit lol

Easy to find close to the water taxi
The location was a bit noisy , loud music was across the street , but did quit around 10:00 PM. after that nice and quiet
