Easy collection of keys for flat & excellent communication to help with check in. Very good flat; clean & comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. The location is excellent - 2mins walk to the sea or town centre!
Very narrow, tall winding stairs that are dirty & stained, with 3 floors to climb. Also, windows are absolutely filthy & can't be seen out of! However this feels more like a building management thing, and less about the flat, which is spotlessly clean!

Charming flat, had everything we needed. The location is excellent- close to the beach and the town centre. Quite quiet considering the location. Communication with the owners and property management was excellent.

Great location and well equipped and clean. Like a home from home. Really generous with the towels.
Not a major issue, but as it's an old property, you do know when the neighbours are moving about (apologies from me for my elephant like steps, too.) The stairs are quite narrow and steep, again, not the fault of the owners.
