    Great staff, from front to back of house. Unfortunately, the room had no air conditioning, and the window couldn't be opened to let in a breeze, which left it feeling hot and stuffy. Granted, the South was experiencing higher-than-average temperatures at the time, but this may well become the norm in the years ahead.

    The local was perfect, on the seafront and walking distance to the main parts of Brighton. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room had amazing sea views.

    We wanted something affordable, with a view of the sea and some old Brighton charm, and this was it! The bay window offered views in both directions and a pleasant breeze. The room was light and pleasant. The facilities are a bit old, but everything was fine and for the price something has to give.

    Way too expensive. Took advantage of Brighton having Graduation. Nick Cave and Pride festival all on the same weekend. Way overpriced. Website said parking available only to find it cost£25 per day 😑
