The room was very basic but also very clean. There were no facilities for making a drink. Breakfast and meal facilities were not available at the hotel.
The lift was not working which meant climbing up 50 stairs to get to my room on the third floor.

Right on Brighton seafront nr pier & i360 plenty of bars & restrants nr by. I Could of booked the Grand Hotel nr by, but the this hotel suited all our needs

Location is great. Room is basic but clean and functional and the seafront view from my room was fantastic. It is an old building with charm, you can hear the wood cracking under your feet, which I loved personally. Staff is welcoming, friendly and always available. Overall great value for money for a single room I would stay here again
It's like room was stripped out of all furniture and decoration except the bed. As said in other comments, no chair or table, fridge, hair dryer, etc. I did not mind for one night, it is budget-friendly and the cleanliness and sea view make up for it in my opinion. Be prepared for stairs, i was fine but if you have heavy luggage it might be tough
