A relaxing and heartwarming stay hosted by the amazing Martina

Our stay at Martina’s apartment was absolutely wonderful. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged — perfect for relaxing as a family. The view was lovely, and everything felt peaceful and welcoming. Martina was an exceptional host — kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. She even gifted my wife a delicious homemade strawberry jam, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It made us feel truly cared for. We had a great time with my wife and our three children. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and we made beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming getaway.

Localisation. Not far away from the lake and a larger grocery shop (10-15 minutes walking distance). Discounts on cable car tickets and a free bus ticket. A place to store e-bikes safely. The price :). A warm welcome, clean apartment, a friendly and helpful owner :).

Reasons enough to come back!

Our host Martina did everything to give us a convenient BBQ evening in her beautiful garden. She arranged the Weber BBQ, the 'beer tisch' and candles.

Great rooms, perfect location and friendly staff.

Super friendly and helpful host. Good room, very clean and comfy beds and pillows. The bathroom was a bit "oldschool" but quite functional and clean. You have in the same building a ski rent & shop that belongs to the same owner, super convinient if you need to rent/buy ski equipment. They were also quite friendly. Christlum is pretty close, just a 5-10min walk away. Very convinient location.

Breakfast might be a little bit pricey for what you get, but it was a quite decent breakfast and we have no complains.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr gut ausgestattete, großzügige Ferienwohnung für 5 Personen, besonders gut für Familien mit 3 Kindern geeignet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Lage sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in direkter Nähe, kurzer Weg zum See und den Wanderwegen. In 10 Min Autoentfernung ist man bei den Bergbahnen, wo es sehr schöne Höhenwanderungen gibt. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

كانت إقامتي عند السيدة مارتينا رائعة بكل المقاييس! الترحيب واللطف كانا في غاية الروعة، وكل شيء قريب من السكن، والمنطقة جميلة جداً. شعرت بالراحة منذ اللحظة الأولى، وخرجت وأنا حزين لمغادرة المدينة الجميلة. بالتأكيد سأكرر زيارتي.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub am Achensee.

Geräumiges Appartement für 4 Personen. Die Lage ist gut(See, Supermärkte und Bushaltestelle sind in der Nähe). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat die Möglichkeit sich kostenlos analoge Fahrräder auszuleihen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Achensee😊

Wunderschöne Natur rund um den Achensee!

Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns freundlich empfangen. Letzte Fragen, die wir über unseren Aufenthalt hatten (Wanderungen, Bergsteigen, Gastronomie), konnte sie kompetent anhand von Karten beantworten. Wir erhielten von Ihr eine Achensee-Card und konnten damit 10%, z.B. bei der Gondelbahn, auf der Fähre, u.a., sparen. Beim Auschecken schenkte sie uns eine selbstgemachte Marmelade, "als süßen Nachgeschmack". Das war eine schöne Geste! Das Appartment war für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist nicht unbedingt neu - doch es war nichts kaputt, alles Tip Top sauber und ausreichend vorhanden (z.B. Geschirr/Küchenutensilien). In Zimmer 14 hatten wir die Abendsonne auf dem Balkon und schauten auf umliegende Berge. Wir würden uns wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Alles Sonne - auch nach längerer Überlegung fällt uns hierzu nichts ein.

Luxusní ubytování blízko jezera

Výhodná poloha penzionu blízko jezera (cca 15 minut pěšky) Krásný čistý pokoj včetně veškerého vybavení. Moc pohodlné postele. Hezký výhled z balkónu. Velmi blízko obchod Spar. Ochotná paní majitelka. Dostali jsme Achensee karty, díky kterým jsme měli malou slevu na lanovky a místní autobus zdarma.

Upozorňuji, že se tady platí navíc turistická daň, ale s tím se nedá nic dělat.

Wunderbar, absolute Empfehlung für Busslehner!

Sehr angenehmer und netten Empfang am Anreisetag, Super Verabschiedung mit einem netten Plauscherl mit den Damen (und Herren) im Shop und an der Rezeption am Abreisetag! Wir hatten das neu renovierte und perfekt ausgestattet Zimmer. Sehr gross, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Wäscheständer, alle Kochutensilien etc.) Es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kaffeeautomat und Wintergarten, gleich daneben einen netten Garten zum chillen. Für die E-Bikes gibts eine Abstellmöglichkeit in der hauseigenen Garage mit Stromanschluss. Und sollte man kein Bike mithaben, gibt es gleich einen eigenen Radverleih mit Werkstatt dazu. Super Ausflugsziele, Wanderwege, Radwege (Seerundfahrt und Panoramawege), eine Schifffahrt am Achensee, ein Schwimmbad mit Freibereich und Sauna und vieles vieles mehr. Kulinarisch ist auch für jeden was dabei! Tip: Peter's Grill in Pertisau (direkt am Radweg) Ein Beispiel: wir waren wandern von Achenkirch zur Gaisalm (Super Ausblick, aber recht anspruchsvoll) und sind dann mit dem Schiff zurück von der Gaisalm nach Scholastika zum Quartier gefahren - wunderbar! Und nicht zu vergessen der hauseigene Busslehner Sport Shop im Haus. Der Chef nimmt sich Zeit für Beratung und gibt Tips! Also riesiger Shop und unglaublich nettes Personal. Man findet alles was man zum Radfahren braucht und weit drüber hinaus. Alles in allem: absolute Empfehlung!

Fantastische uitvalsbasis voor een wintersportvakantie

De locatie is zeer goed. Vlakbij een supermarkt en ook de skilift en het lesgebied voor de kinderen is op loopafstand. De skispullen kun je beneden in de winkel ophalen en mochten we stallen onder aan de lift zodat we daar niet mee hoefden te slepen gedurende de week. Gastvrouw Martina zeer behulpzaam en spreekt prima Nederlands. Appartementen mooi, schoon en heerlijke bedden.
