Reliable, straightforward choice for Achenkirch visit

Spacious rooms. Good value for money. Convenient location (right above the Spar supermarket). Friendly owner. Inspiring mountain views from our balcony. A very solid, no-frills option for any family spending some time in Achenkirch. We had a good time at Haus Karoline and hope to be back soon.

I am personally not a huge fan of the wall-to-wall carpet within the apartment but it was functional/clean so not a deal-breaker.

Perfect, calm and super clean

Everything was super extra clean. A looot of space, big balcony with nice view and big kitchen equipped with everything what we needed. Helen & Leo are really nice people, always smiling and helping :) Locality is perfect for hiking, cycling, climbing and close to lake but still calm. We (and our dog ;)) highly recommend this place!

Very good

We arrived by mistake one day ahaed and Helen made calls to secure us an accomodation at walking distance. Thank you for that really. Locarion is superb. Just walking distance from the lake and hiking tracks. Do not miss a horse riding club nearby also. Flat was immaculate and cosy. SPAR was just downstairs. Super practical.

It would have added a house welcoming touch to put some tea or coffee bags ready to use. There was a strong smell of a cleaning agent in one of the bedrooms when we came in.

Lovely stay between beautiful mountains.

The host was really nice. You can order bread and she makes sure you get it in the morning. We loved our apartment, it was really clean and everything worked perfectly. The view from the balcony is lovely. Location is fine, there are restaurants close by and the lake is 10 min walk max.

Soft memory foam type mattress, no good for people that need a firm mattress due to back problems. Radio provided not DAB nor had Bluetooth option to link to phone. TV no English channels (except one about stock markets) No oven in kitchen

We had one of the best sky holidays ever and will go back.

The host let us in hours in advance of the official time. The view was just amazing. The place is very quiet, clean and it has everything one needs. The owners are very nice and helpful.
