Spacious flat in the heart of Achenkirch

The property was conveniently located in the heart of Achenkirch but away from the main street. It was a very easy walk to the lake, and restaurants and transport were also nearby. Communication with the hosts was easy and responsive. Having a kitchen was great to be able to self-cater.

Great skiing vacation at Achensee

It was a great stay in the spacious, warm and super quiet apartment in the alpine valley near the Achensee lake, but also close to everything - lifts, slopes, supermarket/farmacy, etc. - all by legs. Martin is a nice host, responsive and very supportive. Beds were comfortable, an apartment has 3x rooms (2x bedrooms with 1+2 beds), living room with TV and sofa, spacious kitchen, 2x toilets and walk-in tropic shower. As the apartment is on the ground floor - you have a great place to sit/dine outside. PS: visit to Atoll Achensee Panorama Bad is highly recommended - very cool place to relax after the skiing, just 9km from Luxner apartment

V ubytování bylo vše parádní. Obrovská výhoda jsou dva záchody. Pokud je dostatek sněhu, nazujete běžky hned před domem. Autem kousek na další běžecké tratě.

Přestože majitelé umí dobře anglicky, komunikace emailem pouze v němčině. Není tam lyžárna, ale lze použít sklep.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub mit frischer Bergluft - gerne wieder.

Die sehr ruhige Lage. Letzte Haus an der Straße, danach Felder, optimal für Hundebesitzer. Zum See war es gerade mal 5 min. zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr groß ☺️ Parken direkt für der Haustüre. Sehr großen Balkon mit sehr schöner Aussicht in die Berge. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man brauchte. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Tagesausflug nach Bad Tölz, Tegernsee oder Innsbruck sind optimal zu erreichen.

Die Lage des Appartments ist perfekt. Einerseits sehr ruhig, aber in 6 Geh-Minuten ist man am See und dort sind diverse Lokale und ein Strandbad. Außerdem viele Wandermöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar und gut ausgeschildert. Wir hatten ein tolles Bad und ein sehr gutes Bett. Auch ein Sonnenschirm rundete die gute Terassenausstattung ab.

Prima appartement op mooie locatie op loopafstand van ski gebied

Het was een mooi, ruim, comfortabel en schoon appartement met een goede zonligging, een grote waranda en een mooi uitzicht op 10 minuten lopen dwars ov er het veld naar de ski-pistes.

Eigenijk niets. De eigenaar mopperde in het begin over luidruchtigheid van de kinderen in het trappenhuis, maar dat is verder goed gegaan. Hij heeft een slee geregeld en ook een kinderbedje en een kinderstoel. Dus het was okay.

Die Lage, die Wohnung, die Aussicht, die Einrichtung.

Das Licht im Flur....wünschenswert wäre ohne Bewegungsmelder.
