Village Apartments

Der freundliche Kontakt zum Vermieter war bald vor der Anreise hergestellt, wir konnten alles Wichtige vorab klären. Bei der Unterkunft erwartete uns jemand der uns die Schlüsseln übergab, und wir bekamen eine Runde durchs riesige Apartment und das Haus (Tischtennis Tisch, Pool, Terrasse, Müllraum, etc.) ... eine Ansprechperson ist auch immer direkt im Haus im Geschäft im Erdgeschoß zu finden - das war beruhigend. Das Apartment war groß genug für 12 Personen (wir waren nur 7) und bot auch einen durchgehenden Balkon mit Bergblick und einen sehr großen Aufenthaltsraum der für die Mahlzeiten und zur Unterhaltung genutzt wurde. Es ist alles traditionell und liebevoll eingerichtet, es gab 3 Bäder und 2 Küchen und ausreichend Kaffeemaschinen, Kühlschränke und einen Geschirrspüler. In 200m ist der nächste Bäcker bei dem wir jeden Tag frisches Brot, Eier und Milch für unser Frühstück bekamen - ein M-Preis Supermarkt und Spar sind in Reichweite für die sonstige Versorgung. Auch die Touristeninformation ist, im Gemeindeamt neben der Kirche, leicht zu Fuß erreichbar - von dort aus kann man viele Aktivitäten für Groß und Klein buchen. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

uitzicht/ ligging

It is located in a calm traditional village surrounded by beautiful mountains close to a lake. It did not matter where you looked since all surroundings was like a postcard. The apartment was very spaciuos and was a perfect size for our family of 4. It was simply great and a wonderful stay. Within walking distance from the house was a supermarket, park, naturepath and even a area for golf. 10 min away with the car and you got to a more tourist area at the lake with restuarants and such. You pick up a key either from their clothes store on the groundfloor or there is key boxes at the entrances. Also checkout is at 10 so be sure to have everything ready when it is time to leave.

Regarding the apartment there where two things I did not understand: First that you had to pay extra on a local tax. Nowhere on this site did I find any info of that. Not a lot but still I think it was 80+€ So should be info somewhere. Second that the apartment does not have a freezer? Maybe its a thing in these areas but what kitchen does not have a freezer? No not even a small one :) Not any fault of the place but you will need a car. This is a rural area = there are bus stops but a car makes everything easier. The village it self does not have a lot of options for food and such but just a couple of minutes away you will find great places. To be clear I would book this place again in a heartbeat., IT WAS GREAT!

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The owner was more than helpful and responsive.
