FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WITH THE LERCHNER FAMILY FARM

Martin and Agnes’ Farm is a paradise. The owners are super friendly and very welcoming. Apartment is cozy and extremely clean. Location is close to the big city of Brunico. 8 minutes away is a supermarket and a super bakery. Plenty of places to hike and enjoy nature. My stay was one of my top experiences so far feeling part of the farm, visiting the cows and tasting their delicious milk.

The house was beautiful and spacious with a beautiful view. All rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very kind. Milk straight from the cow was available for those interested. The only minor drawback was that the hosts didn't speak English, only Italian or German, but communication was still easy.

Great location, everything was perfect and the owners were very nice

The owner was very friendly, the room was spotless clean and the location was amazing" it was so quiet, you've heard only the sound of a water running in the stream. And we've received milk fresh from cows every morning!!

The wifi was sometimes quite weak, but it was actually an advantage as we've spent the time by reading and talking instead :).

The view and hospitality are worth staying there!

the hosts were amazing. Helpful when we needed suggestions, also very nice hospitality. The view from the balcony is amazing. The smell of the village and forest just bring you to the peaceful mind. they have everything you need and even more! A lot of options to make coffee!

If you aren’t ready to ride mountain road it is not your place.

A perfect mountain retreat, run by very hospitable people. Clean apartments and a peaceful surrounding. Well-equipped kitchen. Fresh eggs and milk for breakfast!

The internet connection varies slow and unreliable at best to non-existent at worst. Spotty cell phone reception. A big headache if you need to do some work.

Peaceful place with beautiful views

The place is perfect. Very quiet location, beautiful views; big balcony, where we had breakfast every morning despite cold weather. Kitchen equipped very well so could cook our own breakfast and packed lunch. Shower always perfect. Heated floor in the bathroom just amazing. Very warm apartment. About 6km up the hill from Falzes but the road is ok to drive (at least during the autumn time, with no snow on the road).

Hosts speak only German and Italian so might be an issue with communication. However the online translator is handy. - WIFI signal a little bit weak but managed to do most of the stuff needed plus there is a LAN cable if you need to use laptop (router in the room).

We really enjoyed fresh milk and fresh eggs. The owners were very helpful and kind. In the room there was lots of facilities that we were not even expecting - really recommended!!!

Appartamento sopra Falzes in mezzo ai prati e ai boschi !

Appartamento in un maso (fattoria) fantastico, in mezzo ai prati e accanto ad un bosco, si sentiva solo il rumore del vicino ruscello e le mucche quando uscivano a pascolare! Siamo a ben 1450 metri di altezza, quindi aria fresca di montagna ! Con possibilità di fare varie escursioni anche senza prendere l'auto, partendo direttamente da casa. In particolare l'appartamento è grande, dotato di tutto il necessario (mancano la lavatrice e la lavapiatti, ma ne possiamo fare a meno), con un bel terrazzo che guarda proprio il bosco. Ottima accoglienza dei proprietari (Martin e la moglie della quale non ricordo il nome) che ogni mattina ci facevano trovare davanti alla porta il latte fresco delle mucche e le uova fresche delle galline !!! Fantastico !!! Infine i loro 4 simpaticissimi gatti che spesso ci facevano compagnia appena uscivamo da casa !

Magari la posizione non è proprio comodissima, perchè appunto è nel mezzo ai prati e al bosco, a circa 5 km. dal paese (Falzes), quindi dipende da quello che una cerca.......... Poi capisco che potrebbe essere una cosa in più, ma visto che l'appartamento è grande, non sarebbe male avere una lavapiatti, anche se magari di quelle piccole.

Ubytování bylo naprosto luxusní. Pro mě to bylo nejlepší ubytování, jaké jsem kdy v životě měla. Majitelé byli velice příjemní. V ubytování bylo úplně vše, co jsme potřebovali. Vybavení pokoje je naprosto dostačující, všude je dostatek úložného prostoru. V kuchyni je dostatek nádobí všeho druhu. Vše čisté a funkční. Měli jsme obrovský balkon s úžasným výhledem na hory. Byl tam naprostý klid, ubytování se nachází nahoře v kopcích v nádherné přírodě a široko daleko už není nic. Vedle ubytování je statek, kde se můžete podívat na zvířátka. Cena za pokoj byla naprosto luxusní, udivilo mě, že tak skvělé ubytování má takovou cenu. Jsem naprosto nadšená a moc děkuji za skvělé ubytování. Určitě bych se sem chtěla jednou vrátit.

Nám nevadilo vůbec nic, ale pro některé lidi může být problém, že ubytování je docela vysoko v horách nad vesnicí. Nám se ale líbilo, že jsme v horách v přírodě.
