For shared use: garden. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 400 m. Tennis, cable car 2 km, ski lift 1 km, ski bus stop 400 m, children's playground 50 m. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The owner lives on the same property. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia alcuni giorni in agosto ad Alleghe prenotando con molto anticipo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il proprietario simpatico e disponibile. Alloggio spazioso, completo di tutto quello che può servire a rendere la vacanza piacevole. Ottima posizione, vicina al lago. Locale un po' umido purtroppo ma comunque pulito e ben arredato. Fantastica la vasca idromassaggio e utilissima la stufa a pellet che scalda in modo uniforme l'ambiente nelle serate più fresche.

Dobra poloha apartmánu, stare zařízení a vybavení, čistota průměrná, dost věci není dokončeno, typicky příklad šetření a žádné investice do modernizace ubytování. Kdo nepotřebuje komfort a oželí par věci, dovezli si vlastní ručníky a povlečení ale třeba i skleničky na víno tak muže byt spokojen.
